I wake up to the breathlessness I feel because of something heavy on my body.

Heavy? Body? Breathless?

And then a bulb flickers around my head and I realize that I slept with Kartik last night. And the conversation we had also comes in my mind, the last memory of mine, 'I know you like me.'

Does he know?

"Oh My God! Kartik get up!" And his face turns towards my side just inches apart. If I were to move only even a bit, our lips would be brushing.

His face is very close to me, every feature being prominent. I love how his beard covers his jawline making it look more sharp, his face looks so innocent. His skin is so smooth and flawless. His smell, don't get me started!

"Kartik! Wake up!" And with that his grip on my waist gets tighter. What is he doing? Does he even has an idea how much it is affecting me?

I just cannot resist the urge to kiss him. His lips, are so full. Usually, I'm not a lip person, I fall for eyes or hair or even a personality. But, it's Kartik, he can make me do anything.

I bring my lips closer to the skin on his cheek. Is it right? No problem, Deepika! He's asleep. Go for it!

My lips come in contact with his warm skin and my insides just swirl. This feeling is ineffable and I feel so complete. I back off and come back in my position.

I see Kartik's eyes making a movement and I immediately close my eyes.

I can feel his warm breathe fanning on my face.

"Deepika! If I get that everyday, I'm ready to sleep with you." He says.

What? He was awake? No, no, no. Why did I do that? I'm so stupid! What will he think of me? And that's not the actual problem! How will I face him?

"Oh! You are sleeping! Let me make your morning more special!" he again says and I can feel his face down in the crook of my neck.

"Okay! Okay! Okay! I'm sorry Kartik." I plead.

"Not so easy!" He says and what happens next is so nice.

I feel so special and elated. His lips suck on my skin, Deepika, this is so good. What have you been doing all your life?

"Kartik!" Instead my voice comes out as a moan and I can feel him smile through my skin.

I enjoy that for a few more minutes and then he comes back to his position.

"Did you like that?" He asks me teasingly.

"Uh.. Uh.. I.. I.." why do I have to be like that? Oh God! Swallow me inside the earth!!

And I open my eyes. I look directly into his eyes and see some sort of seriousness boring into me.

"Chill Deepika! I would take 'us' as slow as you want. I want us to be perfect." Seriousness along with concern is visible in his voice.

What was that? Actually, I never thought that this would happen! Oh my God!!!!! I'm feeling myself on cloud nine.

And he gets off from me. Silence is what creeps over us and I look at the time to find it 7 o clock. We have time. We need to reach to Sanjay Sir after 9.
