Chapter 11: Friends?!

I turned around and headed to class, my whole body shaking.

I slowly walked to my seat.
Teacher: y/n? Are you ok?
She walked up to me and held my shaking body. I nodded and faked a smile. She looked worried but returned to her desk.
Teacher: ok....today we have a new student...PLEASE COME IN!!!!
(Irene has switched spaces with Felix)
Irene: i heard he's cute....
She whispered in my ear. I rolled my eyes.
Y/n: I don't think he's gonna be that cute!
Irene: ha! You said 'that cute'. So you admit he'll be quite cute.
I rolled my eyes but the door opened and revealed HIM!!!!

I stood up on anger and my face was red.
Y/n: LUCAS!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?!?!?
Lucas looked at me in shock but smiled. The smile was....apologetic? Whatever....I don't care
Teacher: y/n?
I looked at the teacher
Y/n: I'm sorry miss....
I sat back down carefully
Irene: what was that all about?
I sighed and looked at her.
Y/n: that jerk is my ex boyfriend!!!!!
As I said that I glared at him.
Teacher: calm down y/n.....
I stared at the teacher and looked down.
Teacher: anyways.....Lucas sit next to.....Felix
His eyes widened. I guess he remembered him.

~Flashback~

Lucas: who are you?
Felix: Lee Felix....and you?
Lucas: Lu-
Felix: I Know....a cheater
Lucas: mate, don't get involved with this.
Y/n: he can do what he wants Lucas!
I grabbed his arm and headed home.

I looked at Felix who was looking at Lucas annoyed. I smiled slightly. Lucas walked to his desk but smiled at me as he walked passed. I rolled my eyes at him and returned back to the teacher.

~time skip~

Teacher: class dismissed!
Y/n: let's go Irene and chan!!!
I pulled both their hands towards the lunch hall. My face lit up.
Y/n: FOOD!
I ran to get my food and came back to sit with everyone. I wasn't concentrating with the conversation only my beloved food.
Chan: y/n? Y/n!? Y/N!?!?
I looked up.
Y/n: huh?
Everyone laughed
Minho: you seriously love your food
They all laughed again and I blushed slightly.
Y/n: Yah! What were you saying anyways.....
Irene: I'm having a party later on...do you wanna come?
Y/n: hmm....is there....food?
I said the last part quietly so the guys wouldn't make fun of me again.
Irene: sorry?
Ugh
Y/n: Is.there.gonna.be.food?
Everyone laughed. I knew it....
Irene: of course there will be
She pretended to wipe a tear off her face
Irene: I'm laughing to much...
I pouted. It's not funny....ok....maybe a little....I laughed and joked with them until it was time for class.
Y/n: alright time for class guys....
Tzuyu: ok mom!
I glared at her
Y/n: yah!
We were walking to class when I forgot something at my locker.
Y/n: guys, I forgot something, go ahead without me
Chan: wait-
Y/n: chan you'll be late
I walked away to my locker and grabbed my book but someone slammed my lockers and pushed me against them. I winced in pain and looked up.
Y/n: l-Lucas!? What do you want?
He sighed.
Y/n: look....y/n, I'm sorry for what I di-
Y/n: save it.....i don't need to know
Lucas: y/n?!
He grabbed my wrist but I was stronger and pulled out of it. I shook my head
Y/n: no....Lucas.....
I walked to class ignoring the constant calls of my name from Lucas.
Teacher: y/n? Why are you late....
Y/n: had to sort out some crazy ex-boyfriend stuff...ya know?
I looked at her and she looked at me. I blinked and she blinked back.

(Awkward silence, caw, caw, caw) sorry, not sorry....

Teacher: err....ok?
I went to my seat and got my stuff out.
Teacher: Lucas? Why are you late?
I looked up. He was trying to hide something
Teacher: what are you trying to hide?
His eyes widened.
Lucas: o-oh nothing, miss...
The teacher walked up to him.
Teacher: give me your hands...
Lucas shook his head
Lucas: I don't have anything miss!
Teacher: then you wouldn't be hiding from me...
He slowly gave his hands to the teacher and she let out a small yelp.
I stood up to see what she screamed about and widened my eyes.
Y/n: LUCAS!? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!?!?!?!
I ran up to him and held his arms examining his freshly cut wrist. I felt tears prick my eyes but I ignored them.
Y/n: why would you do that?
I could only let out a small whisper. I grabbed his hand gently and headed to the nurse's.
Nurse: hello!
I smiled and pushed Lucas in.
Y/n: treat him, please! Tell me when I can go back in....
The nurse nodded and I headed back to class.
Teacher: is he ok?
I shrugged
Y/n: I've taken him to the nurse's, they should help...
The teacher nodded
Teacher: do you know why he did that?
I shook my head but then something popped up in my head.

~present~

I widened my eyes and tears started to fall out.
Teacher: y/n? Are you ok
I ran to the nurse's office again and barged in
Nurse: oh, I was about to get you...he's just resting now...
She smiled at me and I thanked her. I sat next to Lucas' bed and held his hand.
Y/n: I'm sorry, so so sorry..
I kept whispering that whilst my tears were running down my face...
Lucas: what you sorry for?
He stroked my hair and smiled at me. I looked up and hugged him.
Y/n: I'm sorry for everything I did Lucas! You shouldn't have done that!
He chuckled
Lucas: no I'm sorry, y/n....
Y/n: I should have listened to you. An-
Lucas: friends?
I nodded and smiled
Y/n: friends!
