Chapter Twenty Five | Escape

Ein's POV:

"I don't think we should go on with this plan, Zach.." I sighed. "I don't think we should either... but Michael's our 'boss'. If we don't abide by his rules, he'll kill us!" Zach whisper-yelled.

"I know, but we can at least try," I suggested. "There's no way we can get out of this safely!" He growled.

"There's no such thing as safe driving, safe drinking, etc. We need to know at which points we should take a risk!"

"If we take that risk and get caught, we'll die!" He reminded me. "We're going to die someday. Might as well take the chance and if we get caught... we'll die saving the people we love." I snapped.

"Like who?" He asked. "Your daughter maybe? I heard Michael say he's going to kill Aphmau. If we save Aphmau, we might be able to save me from being killed by Aaron!" I screamed.

We weren't near Michael, so it's fine if we scream a little bit. "What about Y/N? Daniel? Literally everyone else!? How are we going to get them off of Starlight?!" Zach growled.

"We'll use Derek's private jet! We just need to act fast." My voice cracked. "How will we get to Derek though, huh? He'll think we're going to kill him!"

"Then we convince someone else to talk to him! Like.. Y/N! She forgives most people, I know that for a fact." I lowered my voice.

"Well, you did try to kill her." Zach hesitated, calming down a bit. "Yeah.." I sighed.

We kept talking until we finally had the perfect plan.

3rd Person POV:

"You're really set on this, huh?" Garroth asked after Y/N to him her plan. "Yep. I can't let anyone on this island get hurt. If anyone gets hurt, it's going to be me." Y/N said blatantly.

"That is expressly inane. You've put your life in danger so many times for us." Garroth cried.

"I'll keep doing it. I'm the one who got us into this mess! I never should have confronted Michael!" Y/N started murmuring to herself.

"It's not your fault!" Garroth insisted. "You know how many times I've heard that? So many times that each voice is ingrained in my mind!" She started to freak out.

"Y/N! What's wrong!?" Daniel came running in. "She's freaking out! I don't know why!" Garroth cried.

"Ummm... here! Let me handle it!" Daniel pushed Garroth out of the way.

"N/N! Calm down! I'm here." Daniel tried. It didn't work.

"What else can you do?" Garroth asked. "I have an idea!" Daniel smiled.

Then out of the blue, Daniel kissed Y/N.
