"Excited for your tour?" Seokjin asked as we entered the big building. It felt good to be back in South Korea. I missed the views and the different places I used to go to. I smiled at Seokjin and nodded, "Yes. I really can't wait to start work as well." I replied, hearing his chuckle. "You are such a workaholic." He said, shaking his head as he called the elevator.
"I can't wait to meet Jungkook. I am sure you'll like him. He is a really cute boy and a workaholic as well." I heard him say, smiling sadly. "Jin, can you call me Jina in front of him?" I asked, staring worriedly into his eyes. He giggled softly in confusion, "But Y/n, that's not-" "Please." I begged, cutting him off.
He sighed and nodded, "Sure, Jina." I nodded and entered the elevator with him, seeing him press the cafeteria button first. "I'll take you around the first floors and then we'll go to the offices so I can show you your new office." He said, taking my hand in his. I smiled and nodded, exiting the elevator once it reached the floor.
Seokjin and I weren't dating. I told him I was not ready for a relationship because I needed some time. I did let him take my hand and go on dates, not letting him do more than that. I wondered if I should tell him about my story with Jungkook, maybe he would help me hide my true identity and leave Jina to stay with Jungkook.
I told her I didn't want to go back to him. He already loved someone that wasn't me. She returned with us and went back to where she belonged, married to Jungkook. I stayed with Seokjin, wanting to keep myself hidden as Jina. "And then here we have your office," Seokjin said, taking me out of my thoughts as we entered the place.
The office was big. A big desk was in the middle of it with a tiny fridge on the side, on one corner of the room was a coffee machine with 20 types of coffee to choose from, a couch and a lot of other things that would be useful for a workaholic like me.
"My office is on the left and Jungkook's on the right. So if you ever need anything, we'll be by your side. Just come and knock whenever you need help." He said, pecking my forehead before heading to the coffee machine. "So, do you like it here? Do you think you'll be comfortable?" He asked, taking two cups. "I think I will. I'll just need a few days to get used to this place." I giggled, seeing him come back with two cups of coffee, handing me one.
"Well, this office is bigger than your old one. Since you are one of my best workers, I decided it was the right time to get you promoted." He said with a sweet smile. "And I'm thankful for that," I replied, leaning my head on his shoulder slightly. He wrapped his arm around my shoulders as we drank our coffee's.
"How do you say we go out later for lunch? Just us." He asked with a playful grin on his lips. "You don't get tired on taking me out on dates." I chuckled. He chuckled as well, "If that assures me a place in your heart, then no, I won't get tired until I make you mine." He whispered, playfully acting as if he bites my neck, making me squeal.
"Stop it," I whispered back, hitting his arm as we both laughed quietly. We finished our coffees and headed out of my office, going down to where everyone else was. "Everyone! Listen up!!" Seokjin called out. "This here is Choi Y/- Choi Jina." He shouted, correcting himself after I pinched his side slightly when he was about to say my actual name.
"She will be another worker here. So if you have any account payments, package delivery document, and any money transfers, send them to her." He shouted again. "Her office is right between Mr. Jeon and mine. If she is busy, you know you can give them back to Jungkook since he also takes care of that. Thank you for your attention." He called out again, everyone going back to work.
I chuckled, looking up at Seokjin. "I see they pay a lot of attention," I said jokingly. "They do. It might seem like they don't but they do." He replied with a chuckle. "Seokjin?!" We suddenly heard someone exclaim through the noise of the workers. We both looked the way the shout came, "Oh, it's Jungkook!" He exclaimed back, a smile growing on his lips.
I sighed in relief when I saw a different person from the Jungkook I know, the relief soon vanishing when Jungkook actually showed himself from behind the person I was looking at, my eyes widening as he waved at us with my heart speeding.
