Chapter 7: And Now We're, Nope We're, Uh... Poor- Nope Now It's- Ah!
Ivy POV:
When she said "Powers" I wasn't sure if I heard her right, but sure enough, she covered her mouth as if she said something wrong, and I'm sure that's what she meant. This was wayyy better than the new game theory video. Actually, maybe not... I looked at her up and down, waiting for something. She only nervous laughed. I opened my mouth, but no sound came out. I tried again,
"Please, may I ask, what do you mean...?" She gave me a look of pleading, 'not here' she mouthed. I nodded, wishing that conversation was sooner. "Well, it's getting a bit dark," I mumbled, then looked out the window to see, it was in fact, actually getting dark. I mostly just said that because it's just something I saw when trying to get people to leave. I stared at Andrew and Lilac, trying to get the point across that I wanted to be alone with the fox spirit.
"I'm coming too," Lilac croaked. "Andrew, you stay here, watch over the fox over there."
"No. I'll be sleeping on the couch for sure, but I'm staying." Andrew breathed, determined. I looked side to side between them,
"I guess it's decided then. The little fox spirit here is going to have to tell all of us."

It took her a moment to finally give in, seeing that she had no choice. I already knew the first thing I was going to ask her is what her name is. I don't know what to call her. We stood in a small horseshoe around the large black fox. She shifted when no one was paying attention to make sure that if one of her clothes had ripped she could still be fine. She had long, dark auburn straight hair that's lighter at the tips and roots, making it look like her hair was golden at some spots. She was wearing high tops, and there was a flower in her hair. We were about to explode with questions when the other fox shifter woke up. Andrew asked her name, which turned out to be Autumn, which made everything a whole lot easier.
