JUST MY LUCK (Magcon fanfic)

Chapter 5-Studio

I was NOT a morning person so waking up at 7:30 was not a nice thing. The alarm ringed in my ears even after I turned it off and I had to drag Em out of bed. She was a morning person. She just got up normally and started singing. Where as it took me at least 5 minuets to process how to speak lol.

We brushed out teeth and did our hair and make up. I put on my outfit and put my hair in a messy bun while Emily put on some leggings and a long top with converse and straightened her hair. We both put on some mascara and went downstairs to get some breakfast from the 5* canteen.

By 8:30 we had called a cab and were on our way to the studios. The studios were in the building next door to Matthews office. That is where we would be practicing our songs and having a vocal coach to warm up. We got there and were greeted by all of the team. There were so many of them it would take us a while to actually remember everyone's name.

Shawn came over to us and hugged us both and we walked over to the piano where a mid aged ,ad sat. He was our vocal coach.

"Hey guys I'm Simon and I'm going to be your vocal coach through the whole tour just to make sure we get warmed up before every concert. We are going to start of by doing some scaling and then some mouth exercises."

We introduced our selves and started the warm up. After 20 minuets Matthew came in and spoke to us about the songs we were going to sing and talked about a collaboration we will be doing with Shawn and that was going to be the main song of each concert.

"I can't believe this, this is incredible!! We are touring America with and amazing singer and now doing a collaboration with him.." I said to Emily while she was jumping up and down. We were 17 years old and already our lives are really starting to take off. This could be the beginning of a very long journey.

We spent the whole day in the studios going over some dance routines and songs and sorting out the technical side to everything like the lighting the speakers ect. The whole team went out for food in a lovely Chinese restraint and we got to know everyone much better. It already started to feel like a family.

By the time we had finished in the studios it was 8 o'clock and we asked Shawn and Lox to come back to our hotel to watch some movies. We got to the hotel around 8:30 and we all out on some comfy clothes and got out all of our snacks. We put in a horror movie because we thought we could handle it but we clearly couldn't. The first 10 minuets of it came on and we were all pretty much hiding behind Shawn. Emily and Shawn snuggled up through the whole film and even Lox said that she can see them getting close. She said they would be an adorable couple.

I don't want to stop them from being together if they want to, I'm just scared that if something did end up happening between them both and they started dating that maybe it would interfere with our careers. Touring is on for 6 months and I'm sure we are all going to be friends forever but Emily and I live ages away from Shawn.

I may be getting way ahead of myself though, I mean, it's been 2 days.

Eventually we all fell asleep.

*beep beep beep beep beep*

"SHITTTTT!!!! Guys wake up it's 8 o'clock and we have to be at the studios in an hour!!" I screamed at everyone. I can't believe we fell asleep. Lox and Shawn had arranged to go home around 12 last night.

We all rushed around taking it in turns to shower, Lox borrowed one of my dresses and Shawn luckily had a spare shit in his bag that he took to change in for after rehearsals later.

We called a cab and just about made it to the studio in time.

"Tour starts in 5 days so the next couple of days are going to be pretty intense" Matthew said looking at Shawn Emily and I. "It's going to be fun, but stressful so we need you all on board"

We basically did the same thing as yesterday and learnt more of the dances.
