A/N: So this is my last week of summer vacation and I have a sore mouth! Ugh it hurts soo much cause I just now got my wisdom teeth taken out. I can't eat anything solid and it's driving me nuts because I really could go for a burger right about now! I'm starving!!!! Anyway, sorry about my ranting. I am really sorry that this might be a short chappy, I don't want to rush it because I am wanting this to be a long book.

Okay bye guys.

An ache formed into the pit of Marcelo's stomach once he woke up and realized he wasn't home. The car was completely silent and Eden, who couldn't stop moaning and groaning was quiet as well. From the corner of his eyes, he could see the purplish-black bruise on her arm shine in the afternoon light. Once she reached the stop light, her eyes narrowed and as if she knew he was looking, she pulled her sleeve down. Further up ahead, she could see someone standing on the side of the road with their thumb out. Marcelo immediately knew what she was thinking.

"Eli, no!" Marcelo hissed quietly so that Eden wouldn't wake up and be a further bother to him. Elisa rolled her eyes and pulled over to the side of the road. The young man immediately understood this guesture and jogged over to their car. "Elisa." Marcelo spoke sternly. "Have you ever seen one of those hitch hiker movies? This could end very, very badly."

For him being 2 years younger than her, he was definitely the one who has the logic. Of course, Elisa didn't listen as she gave a large smile to the man as he stepped in the back seat of the Yukon. "Where you off to?"

"Where are you guys off to? If it is out of the way, I don't want to be a bother." He spoke friendly.

"You already are." Marcelo muttered under his breath earning a glare and a slap on the shoulder from Elisa.

"We don't really know where we are headed," Her voice was confident but Marcelo saw the fear and uncertainty in her eyes. "where ever the wind takes us, I guess."

The man's eyes lit up and a large smile grew on his face. "My buddy Oscar owns a place a few hours from here. That is where I'm headed. He has plenty of room for you guys if you would like to stay while you decide where you want to go."

Elisa sighed contently as a smile spread on her face. "That sounds lovely! My name is Elisa, by the way."

"Marcelo." He grumbled and refused to look at him.

"I'm Eden." Eden spoke after hours of being silent in the backseat. Elisa had almost forgotten what she had sounded like.

"My name is Thiago."

Elisa turned around in her seat and offered her hand to him. He was a very handsome man with deep brown eyes and a prett smile. She blushed instantly when he caught her staring and winked at her. She could hear Marcelo grumble something inaudible in the front seat, bringing her back to reality. His eyes shifted to Eden and he gave her an even more dazzling smile. She turned away quickly and Elisa could spot a tint of pink on her cheeks as well.

"Okay, Thiago," She said now facing the steering wheel. "You tell me where to go."

The rest of the car ride was quiet except for the occasional times when Thiago would spit out directions or something would complain about being hungry or having to use the rest rooms."We are about 15 minutes away, but can we pull over for some food?" Thiago asked politely. Elisa was about to protest until her stomach growled loudly causing Marcelo to laugh quietly. "I could eat too," he said. "Anything to get out of this car."
