Chapter 3

RILEYS P.O.V.

After I returned from the cloud I heard a beeping. I tried to lift my eye lids but they wouldn't budge. I felt a hand on mine I wondered whose it was. I realized I couldn't move at all until I forced my pinky to lift up.

"She moved!" I heard a familiar voice say. I continued to move my pinky until I got my whole hand to move.

"Excuse me can you please go in the hall we have to run some tests." a women said. Wait am I in the hospital? I thought.

I heard footsteps approach me until they stopped and the same women spoke "Hi sweety I'm Sarah I'm a doctor and you are in the hospital we are just gonna run some tests on you." After she said that I focused on whose voice that was, it sounded like a man probably young. I had no clue.

After they left I heard more footsteps and I hand grab mine. The person spoke "Please wake up I want to talk to you." I wanted to but I didn't know how. "Come on you are strong." he said sounding a bit upset.

I heard more footsteps. "Come on Connor we should go home you need some sleep." I didn't want him to leave even though I don't know who he was. I used up all my strength and finally my eyes cracked open. Light filled my eyes and I looked around. Three boys looked at me with their jaws practically dropping to the floor.

"Wha-Who are you?" I asked the boys were just staring at me. I looked at then all one was tall with lightish brown hair, the other was shorter more muscular and had dark brown hair and was wearing a snap back, the third was wait was that the guy from the beach?

The three of them walked over to me the one from the beach sat in the chair next to me. "What's your name?" he asked looking me straight into my blue eyes. "Riley Grace." I said slightly smiling but a little scared. "Okay Riley Grace I'm gonna go tell the doctors you are awake." He said smiling. Him and the other two boys walked out and went to go tell them I was awake. So many thoughts raced through my head but I remembered what I was told on the cloud and decided that I could trust them.

CONNORS P.O.V.

After I talked to Riley Grace I went up to her doctor. "She's awake!" I practically yelled. The doctor rushed to her room and saw her sitting up looking at all the tubes and machines. She checked to make sure everything was good and walked up to me. "She can go whenever someone checks her out." she said smiling I smiled and walked up to Riley Grace.

"So you can go home today!" I said excited. She looked at me like I had to heads and then looked down at her hands. "We just need you to call your parents to have them sign you out." I told her waiting for her to tell me how to contact her parents. "I-I don't have parents or a family." she said still looking at her hands. "Then do you live at a foster home or adoption center?" I asked. She shook her head no. I didn't know what to say so I walked out back to Ricky and JC.

"Guys." I said walking over to where they were sitting. "What's up did you call her parents?" Ricky said looking up from his phone. "She's homeless." I stated looking for their reaction. "So she doesn't have any family, friends, parents no one that she lives with?" JC asked. "Nope" I said popping the p. I wanted to keep her but I didn't know how the guys would react. I finally blurted out "I want to adopt her." They stared at me with huge eyes. "Connor you are 21!" JC practically yelled at me. "Calm down." Ricky mumbled at JC. "Guys we need to be more responsible and she has no home." Ricky nodded okay 1 down. We both looked at JC. "Fine, but there better be rules for her." 2 down. "Who's gonna tell Kian?" I asked. They both looked at me. "Ugh fine." I picked up the phone and called Kian, I told him about Riley Grace and suckered him into agreeing. We walked up to her door and I knocked she opened the door.

RILEYS P.O.V.

After Connor left I was able to get out of bed and put on my regular clothes. I put on my grey sweater and jeans, the same thing I had on at the beach and put my dirty blonde hair in a pony.

Once I was done I heard a little bit of yelling from outside the door I shook it off and turned on the tv and watched sponge bob.

A couple minutes after I sat down I heard a knock at the door. I got up and opened it and looked up. "Hey." I said opening the door fully so he could walk in.

"Hey." Connor said as he walked in and sat down on my bed. He patted his lap inviting me to sit on it. I slowly walked over and he picked me up and placed me on his lap. I looked up at him and he started talking. "So since you don't have a family, instead of sending you to a adoption center like they were going to do I decided to adopt you right now." I looked up at him again to see if he was joking but he wasn't. "I-I would love that." I choked out and hugged him. He hugged me back and picked me up and we headed for the door I was ready to start my new life. "I love you daddy." Were my last words before I fell asleep.

( A/N heyyyyy so this is the third chapter I was able to write it all in one day so yayyyyy! I'm still upset that my other chapter didn't save but I like this one more. Please tell me if there is anything I should do, this is my first book. It will start to get interesting and there will be DRAMA I know I hate drama but personally I think it makes this less perfect I guess. I am going to Hershey park late Thursday till Friday so I won't be updating but I will update Saturday so yuppp! bye loves!)
