Chapter 7

RILEYS P.O.V.

Me and Daddy decided not to go into the orphanage cause they scare me so we just walked back to the house and waited, and waited.

*at 7:30ish*

Yayyyyyyy they are finally home we set up her room and it's right next to mine which we set up today too.

I hear the front door open and I sink in my seat 'will she like me?' 'what if she hates me' ' i don't want her to hate me I mean I am gonna live with her'

"WE'RE HOME!" JC yells. I hear footsteps Ricky's, Kian's, JC's and... wait I don't know her name yet she probably doesn't know about me shoot.

They walk into the family room where me and Daddy are sitting watching TV or were we are now staring at them walking in I finally see her my new sister act calm.

I stand up and walk towards her and I look up and smile.

"Ummm hi I'm Riley I'm Connor's daughter I came here a couple days ago..." I say still looking up into her green eyes with my bright blue ones.

"Hi I'm Alex so does this make us cousins or sisters?" She says smiling. Okay I like her

"Sisters." I say hugging her.

She is a little shocked at first but eases into it and hugs me back.

She stands up and walks over to all the guys and introduces herself to Daddy, Sam and Trevor.

While she is hugging Trevor I notice his eyes light up a bit oooooo maybe they're in LOVE.

"C'mon Alex I wanna show you your room." I say grabbing her hand and dragging her upstairs.

I pull her into her room it has plain white walls and a white bed spread some furniture and some bright yellow decorative pillows we didn't know what her favorite color was so we got yellow.

"Trevor said this what a teenage girl would like I hope it's ok." JC says looking around the room.

"Ya it's perfect." Alex says sitting down on her bed.

"Ok well we will be downstairs and let you get settled in." JC says picking me up and throwing me over his shoulder.

"Ok." Alex says laughing a little at the sight of me punching the back of JC.

We went downstairs with me still on JC's back when we reached the family room he plopped me on the couch. Daddy was sitting on the couch and I guess he didn't see us come in so he immediately jumped in his seat looked at me and screamed. I didn't know why he screamed but JC was laughing and I noticed that I was too.

"Why are you screaming?" I asked between laughing.

"I thought a murderer came, killed you and dropped your body next to me." daddy replied staring at his laptop

"Well that's a little dark how is that the first thing that came to your mind." I replied still a little weirded out.

"I don't know." Daddy answered.

"I'm gonna go to bed I'm tired can you tuck me in?" I say to Daddy with my puppy dog eyes

He looks up from his laptop sighs and picks me up, I wrap my legs around his waist and set my head down on his shoulder.

When we get to the first step everything goes dark and I hug daddy tighter and finally sleep takes over.

I wake up and look around my room, I still can't get over how much my life as changed one day I was walking on the streets orphaned, barely living and now I am in a wonderful house with a loving family and food on the table. I got up and walked over to Alex's room it was 12:00 so I figured she might want to wake up cause the other day when they were out Daddy said me Alex him and JC could go to the fair. I knock on her door and when she doesn't answer I walk in, empty hmmmm she must be downstairs I walk downstairs and I don't see her. I was about to call for JC when I see her sitting under a tree and Trevor walks up to her, I think they would be really cute but I don't know what JC would think. Trevor talks to her and sits down with her, Alex says something and Trevor looks up her they both start to lean in, I hope she doesn't hate me for this but I don't want something to happen to them. I burst open the door, run, and jump into the water. I come out and look to see if it worked. Alex and Trevor are both standing there laughing, ok good.

"What was that for." Alex says still laughing

"I umm meant to run to the other side of the pool to grab something and accidentally fell in." I stated more as a question

"And I thought you were the clumsy one." Trevor says smiling at Alex

Alex blushes. They should date but they just can't ugh.

We walk inside and get some food Trevor and Alex were staring at eachother the ENTIRE time.

JC walks down and they both snap out of it.

"Hey we're gonna go to the fair today kinda like a daddy's and daughter's day so Trevor unless you can become a girl and get your dad to come over you can't come." JC says to us.

"Ok what time?" Alex asks exactly what I was thinking

"Be ready at 2:00" He answers

"Ok Dad I'm gonna go get ready c'mon Riley." Alex says looking at me.

"Ok." I say getting up and following her.

A/N:(And they all get their heads chopped off by Kian who turns out to be a murderer isn't that a lovely story but I'm sorry to end it awkwardly I kind of just kept adding on so I like pushed pause on the book until I update in a week or so... have a WONDERFUL DAY MY LOVELIES!!!! -Lauren)
