Chapter Four: Time And Relative Dimension In Space
*Trellya's POV*
The four people, who are all strangers and friends at the same time, let go of me once they reached their destination. A blue, 1960's police box. The same one that I saw about a week ago, the one that disappeared the next day.
"I've seen this before. About a week ago, I saw it! I looked it up on the Internet, and the next day I couldn't find it again." I reached out and touched the blue-painted wooden surface gently. I could've sworn I heard it him slightly, almost like a cat. I turned to the Doctor. "How did it get here?" I asked him.
The Doctor appeared to be doing mental calculations in his head. "Let's see, that would be-" he stopped abruptly. "Oh. That would be the fifth month anniversary of-" he winced and broke off yet again, but this time he did not continue.
Amy sensed the awkwardness and decided to take matters into her own hands. "Let's open her up, and see if you recognize her." She sounded hopeful, but also slightly skeptical.
She grabbed the handle of the door and pushed it open. I glanced at the sign, noticing that it said 'pull to open.' I frowned at the inconsistency, but figured that it wasn't important. Then I realized that the blue box was far larger on the inside.
"It's bigger on the inside. I used to tell people that, before I-" I broke off, not knowing what I was about to say next.
I walked in, and stroked the hexagonal console in the centre of the room. "Ooh. She's gorgeous. What was it you called her-" I broke off, thinking. My face lit up suddenly as I found the answer. "Sexy! You told me you called her Sexy!"
The Master, Amy, and Rory all began to laugh hysterically at that comment. The Doctor simply stood there, flushed face bright red, correcting his bowtie desperately as if that that simple fact would fix the problem.
Suddenly I got the feeling that I needed to go and fly this ship. I didn't know how, didn't even know what she was called, besides Sexy, but I didn't allow that to stop me. I simply turned and began pushing buttons and pulling levers down, allowing instinct to take over.
The Doctor frowned. "What are you doing? Why are you flying the TARDIS? You don't even remember it!" He cried, sounding terrified.
TARDIS. That's what it was called. Time And Relative Dimension In Space. That is where I was going. I was going to my TARDIS.
I pulled a couple more buttons, switched off the brakes, and grinned. "Landed!"
Amy, Rory, and the Doctor all frowned. "But-" the Doctor began.
I took a couple steps closer to my brother, and I felt very odd. Like someone I knew extremely well but wasn't me was talking instead. "You still leave the brakes on, still, after over 1000 years! I mean, I know you never passed your TARDIS driving test, by still! Basic rules of time travel- don't leave your brakes on!"
I took a couple steps back, and the feeling subsided. I frowned. "What just- I don't know- how did I-"
Koschei and the Doctor were grinning widely. "That was you! Normal, Time Lady you!" The Master said. He hugged me, tears in his eyes. "The Trellya Sigma I knew is still there!"
I then remembered that I needed go go get my TARDIS. I ran outside the doors, and smiled at the sight. It looked so familiar. It was a red telephone box from London, with a tiny sign that read 'For private use only' on it. I pulled out a key from my pocket.
I'd had it for as long as I could remember, and I always kept it with me, even though I hadn't known what it was for. I put the key in the hole. It fit perfectly.
