"Y/n, can you hear me?"
Your eyes fluttered open, trying to get familiar with their surroundings.
"Can you tell me where you are?
"H-Hospital?"
"Correct."
"Why am I here?
Jisoo stood up and walked over to your bed.
"We were talking and you suddenly blacked out. I was really worried," she said gripping your hand a little too tightly.
"I need to ask y/n a couple of questions if you don't mind stepping out Mrs.Kim."
"Not at all. I will be back later."
"So, y/n, I just have a couple of questions for you."
"Okay."
"Have you been feeling very tired or weak lately?"
"Yes, in the past couple of days. It was a little worse this morning though."
"Fast heartbeat? Loss of breath?"
"Yes."
"Fever? Sweating?"
"No fever."
"Loss of appetite?"
"Yes."
"Chills?"
"Sometimes, yes."
"Alright, it looks just like a case of pneumonia to me. I will prescribe you your antibiotics and you should be out of here by tomorrow."
"Sounds good. Thank you, Doc."
"Just doing my job, but I would like to ask you something."
"What is it?"
"You have a case of pneumonia. What are all of these marks on your body?"
"I-It's no-"
"So how is everything," Jisoo said bursting into the room.
The doctor glanced at you before turning to answer Jisoo.
"Everything is good. Just a case of pneumonia. Not too bad."
"Good to hear! So when will y/n be able to get out of here?"
"By tomorrow."
"Great! The sooner y/n can get to the house the better."
"Y/n will need to rest at home. No heavy work or tiring yourself out."
"We can make that work..."
