First meeting

Running through the rain while trying not to break my neck in the 6 inch heels I have on, I make my way to the back exit and entrance for workers of Club Frisque, I've been working here for about two months now and it's decent. My boss Cian was nice and not in a creepy way either.

Hanging my coat up I smile at my friend Rayne who waves in my direction, She's talking to Cian and lately I've seen them together more, I never ask Rayne about it because frankly it's none of my business.

"Kahlúa!" she waves me over as Cian politely smiles and head's upstairs to his office. Making my way over to the bar where she's cleaning a couple of glasses I raise my brows in question.

"What's up?"

"Cian say's a couple of his old friends are coming here tonight, apparently they are important and we are to be on our best behavior. " she says giggling at the last part.

Scoffing "I'm always on my best behavior, It's you who gets us in trouble. " I say while narrowing my eyes at her causing her to get choked while giggling. I laugh and head for the restrooms to make sure the rain didn't mess my appearance up too much.

Looking into the mirror I sigh in frustration, my hair is a little damp but other than that I look fine. Checking my wrist watch that's cracked I see I have five minutes till the club opens. Spraying a bit of my perfume on my neck I put my things away into my locker and walk out the door to lock eyes with a man across the room.

My breath catches in my throat from the intense look he's giving me, I notice his eyes skim down my body, lingering a few seconds on certain areas before making their way back to my eyes. His gaze is torn from me and I follow their direction as Cian walks down from his office smiling at him. That's when I notice two other men standing with my mysterious man.

Cian looks my way and I straighten up, walking over to the bar I catch Rayne's eye and she gives me a questioning look. "What was that?" she asks me and I scrunch my brows in confusion.

"What do you mean?" I ask and rolls her eyes at me.

"In the past two months of you working here, I've never seen you spare someone a glance." she states.

I frown when I realize she's right. "I don't know" I mumble back

"So I guess those are Cian's guests for the night he was speaking about." she says, and I'm glad she changes the subject.
