Physically I was not around
For 90 days
I didn't text or call
Made sure I didn't run into you
This was the easiest partMentally you were there
Showing up in my dreams
I could smell your axe body spray
Feel the warmth rolling off your body
As we lay next to each other
I'd look into your eyes
And lean up to kiss you passionately
Tasting the carmex on your lips
Feel your arms wrapped around me
Tightly to know I wasn't alone
Reminding me of that happy place
That I happily began to call home
And then I'd wake upMentally and Physically
Reality was a hard punch
