After walking down to the lunchroom, the three got their breakfast and found a table located in the middle of the lunch room for them to sit at. Andy had gotten a bowl of cereal and a glass of orange juice, Jack got bacon and eggs with a glass of milk, and Ash, being the unhealthy one out of the three, got just an apple with a frappe to balance out the healthiness of said apple. Jack and Andy had been talking the whole way down and Ash had still been refusing to say a word to the poor girl, in fear that he would say something not up to Jacks standards, and he would get hit again. Despite the fact the Ash still wanted nothing to do with this girl, Jack still talked to her like he hadn't talked to anyone in months.
"Oh! So you guys are twins?" Andy said with curiosity in her voice.
"Yeah, I'm surprised you couldn't figure it out yourself," Ash said with a mouth full of apple.
Jack smacked the back of his head quicker than he had ever done before making Ash spit out the apple that was in his mouth. "Don't mind him! He gets a bit angry in the mornings." Jack said through gritted teeth while Ash rubbed the back of his head.
"Oh, no worries. I can be too. I really am sorry about running into you. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive my clumsy self" Andy said scratching the back of her head with a shy smile on her face.
Ash sighed. "I suppose I can look past it," he said with a half smirk.
"Great!" Jack said with a wide smile on his face as he held his hands in a praying position next to his face.
The bell then rang to signal that the students of the school had about 10 minutes to get whatever they needed out of their lockers and head to their first-period class.
"Oh, I lost track of time! Well, I'll see you boys around! Bye!" Andy said with her hands full of books while trying to balance her trash from breakfast on it to go and rush to the trash can and throw it all away before rushing off the class for her test.
"Good luck with your test!" Jack said while waving.
"Thanks!" Andy said turning around in the middle of her running, just to find herself on the floor again with her books spread all around her. She then picked them all up quickly and hurried along.
"See what I mean...?" Ash said while taking another bite of his apple before continuing. "She's a mess"
"Oh, not like you aren't." Jack rolled his eyes as his brother glared at him before continuing, "She's not that bad. Now, let's get going to the office." Jack said while picking up the
remainder of his breakfast to throw it away.
"You're the boss," Ash said while throwing the rest of his apple behind him, only to make it in the trash can.
Minutes later, the boys found themselves standing in an empty office, waiting for what seemed to be their demise. The boys then opened their eyes, seeing as no one seemed to be in there and their little doubt that the person that they talked to would have them separate. The atmosphere was so stale and dull that you could hear a pin drop in there. The only thing that the boys could see was a slip of paper sitting on the top of the desk. The twins would periodically look at the clock, then at themselves to have a check in with reality. After what seemed like an eternity, someone walked out from the back to greet them and break the eerie silence.
"Ah, so you must be the Reaper twins. I am Mrs. Komenco. I am the principal of Bayshore High." said a woman with dark brown hair, pulled into a tight bun and purple eyeshadow the seemed to line her whole eye, just to be outshined by the outrageous color of lipstick, bright orange. She wore a dirt brown pencil skirt down to her knees followed by some black heels and a white button-up tucked into the left side, but not the right side of her skirt.
