A/n; Hello again! I've been working my butt off on this story so I hope you are liking it. This is just another little side chapter before I get back into the main part of the story~
The two of you had made it to UA, the both of you kind of quiet on the walk to school, honestly just enjoying each other's company.
It was about five minutes before classes started, so mostly everyone was in the classroom already. Some at their desks, others standing around by the front door. As soon as you opened the door, heads turned, since they saw Todoroki close to you. All of a sudden, some of your friends, mostly the girls ran up to you asking questions.
"Did you guys walk to school together or something??" Uraraka asked surprised, pointing at the both of you.
"Are you and Todoroki dating?" Mina asked after gasping.
After been asked that question, you and Todoroki both blushed. Your blush bigger than his though. He mostly kept his composure the best he could. After that, Todoroki simply looked at you, smiled slightly then just walked over to his desk, not wanting to be involved in what was happening.
You flailed your arms around, feeling flustered by the questions, but answered them.
"W-well, you see, me and Todoroki don't live far from each other, so we just decided to walk together after running into each other on the way, and no we are not dating, just good friends." Was all you said, not wanting to get into the fine details..like how Todoroki literally saw you naked this morning.
You finished explaining, and looked over to Todoroki who had his head resting on his hand, and who was looking at you. You blushed while catching eye contact with him, and he slightly smiled.
Finally, it was time for classes to start. There were regular core classes in the morning, like English and what not, which were honestly boring to you. You understood everything quite well, and honestly were bored since you knew the answers. You didn't bother raising your hand to answer any questions Present Mic would ask, but mentally were answering them in your head.
After what seemed like forever, morning classes hand ended, and it was time for lunch. You had made up your mind you were going to let the principal know of your situation, and get his opinion on what to do next. You didn't want to go alone though, so you turned to ask Todoroki after most of the class had gone.
"H-hey..Shoto?" You asked hesitantly.
"Yes (y/n), what is it?" He replied.
"W-would you come with me to talk to the principal about what happened?" You quietly asked.
"Of course (y/n)," Shoto said, caringly.(Is that even a word? Idk.)
The two of you headed off to the principals office, and knocked on the door once you got there. You had never seen the principal before, so you didn't know what to expect.
"Yes? Come in," a voice said on the other side.
You opened the door to find something you definitely weren't expecting. A rather small creature who you didn't know what it, or they were. A mouse? Bear? Rat? Dog?
"(Y/n)!" And Todoroki, what can I do for you two?" The principal said.
"Hello sir," you said calmly, not knowing where to begin, anxiety starting to kick in. "Well you see, I came to get your advice on a situation.." you finished saying, looking down at the floor slightly.
"Oh! Well come over here you two and please sit. Let me get some tea," he said, while bringing the pot over, and setting it down on the table along with two cups and filling them.
"So, what is the situation my dear?" Principal Nezu asked.
"W-well you see.." you started to say, voice somewhat cracking. You were fidgeting with your hands, not knowing what to say.
Todoroki must of noticed, since he sighed and spoke up since he knew you wouldn't.
"(Y/n's) father tried to kill her last night. My sister, a friend and I saved her, which is why I'm here with her," He said matter of factly.(Is that even a word also? WHat even is English anymore.)
You sighed, and kept fidgeting with your hands. After a few seconds of silence, which seemed like the principal was trying to process what was just said, he spoke up.
"Oh dear, are you ok (y/n)?" Asked Principal Nezu.
"Y-yes, thanks to Shoto, his sister and their friend who healed me. They took me to live with them after, but I wanted to ask your opinion on what to do n-next," you finished saying with your head still hung low.
"Well.." the principal started to say before looking over at Shoto, "She's staying with you and your family, correct?"
"Yes sir," Todoroki replied with.
"Well, I've had an idea for some time, that would allow the students to stay in dorms on campus, but until then, Todoroki, would (y/n) be able to stay with you and your family? Since you guys know the situation? Of course, these dorms are just an idea, so please keep this a secret for now," Principal Nezu explained to both you and Todoroki.
"That shouldn't be a problem," Shoto simply replied with.
You looked over at Shoto, mouth slightly open as if you were going to say something to protest, but you say nothing.
"Are you ok with that (y/n)? Until we can sort out this situation," Principal Nezu asked you.
"Y-yes sir.." you say, surprised at what was happening.
"Well then, I will tell the other staff of your situation, and look into it, as well as try and find your father (y/n)," the principal said. "We will have to inform the police of what happened as well."
"Thank you, Principal Nezu," you say while bowing. Shoto was bowing as well.
"Of course dear. If you need anything, don't be afraid to ask," the principal finished.
"Will do, thank you sir," you say before you and Todoroki head out the door.
As soon as you and Todoroki started walking to enjoy what was left of your lunch, you asked, "Are you sure it will be OK for me to stay? I don't want to be a burden," you say worriedly.
"It'll be fine. I know my sister and brothers like you, and we'll talk it over with my old man," Todoroki starts to say. "Plus, you'll be safe with us in case your father tries anything.
You stop walking, trying to process everything. "T-thank you Shoto, for everything."
He stops and turns towards you before you give him a hug. He stiffens slightly before returning the hug.
"Cmon, lets go get some food," He says before letting go, and you do the same. You smile and the two of you head to the cafeteria to enjoy what was left of your lunch.
A/n; A shorter chapter, but like I said, just a side chapter before getting back to the main story~
