For the next few days, Sehun has been keeping up as my personal driver. Regardless of his everyday practice he still insist sending off to work and picking me up after, and I kinda like that. I somehow save my money instead of using it for my bus transportation on the way to work. It was a big help.
Hence, it made Sohyun more confused of Sehun's identity. She keep noticing the car every single day from the building's foyer and that always make her mind doubtful.
Just like now,
"Haeun, Is the same guy picking you up?"
She ask for the hundred times. I couldn't help but from inwardly.
I was standing beside her with arms crossed and unfortunately, we both have to wait the exact time for our service. Though I knew better. She planned about that early time out for sure. Sohyun only take half days every weekends.
"I don't really know."
I said troubling her face.
"What do you mean you don't know? It was always the same car. I'm sure of that."
She traveled her eyes on the road. Obviously, waiting signs from Sehun's car.
"What is it taking you so long to introduce him to me? I mean, I'm your closest friend. Right?"
Sohyun straighten her back and made sad face to my direction. "Or not?"
She pout bewildering me instead. "Am I not your best friend anymore? Is that the reason why you don't want to him to meet me?"
I facepalm.
Did I forgot to mention how her emotional state has gone wild this days?Sohyun get too mad, too happy, and too sad at the exact same situation and time.
Pregnancy is really hard to deal with.
I sighed reaching my eyes to the sky. Trying to gain some wisdom before talking to her again.
"Look, I already told you about this Sohyun. We're still not ready to reveal our relationship. It's too complicated."
She stopped showing her unhappy face when we heard a car beep not from a far distance. I turned and saw her husband's car coming to our way. He was waving through the window.
"This bastard is always in a wrong timing. Gosh! Why do God have to make a man like him?"
I couldn't held my chuckle at her quick change of reactions. Now she was passing her annoyances to her husband.
Poor guy.
I glance at my friend and smiled. "Just give me time to think, Sohyun and I promise You'll be the first person to know if we already decided."
Now, is not the time.
Slowly, a grin escape her lips. I was surprise when she gave me a tight hug.
"I will always be here if things didn't work right between you two, Haeun. I promise that too."
She move away and giggle before running to her husband who was already waiting to open the door for her. Sohyun even waved at me. I did the same before she ride the car.
It wasn't that long when Sehun came. Which was a few minutes after the couple left and like the ordinary, he always open the door for me too whenever he pick me up after work. Also, there are no people around at the kind of night hours. Everyone is usually home so there's no need to feel frighten.
