Sofia's POV

Mommy, mama, and I all walked into the store and I was so excited when I saw everything. I clung close to mommy, because it was honestly a little overwhelming. Mommy held my hand as we walked into the clothes area first. Mommy said I could pick 6 sets of pajamas while she got me some jeans, shirts, shorts, and other boring clothes that I wasn't really interested in. I picked out Lion King, Little Mermaid, and a pink bunny onesie. I also grabbed two pairs of fuzzy pajama pants with long sleeve shirts that went with them. Lastly, I grabbed three cooler pajama sets for when it was warmer outside and didn't want to wear something so hot. Mommy came back with some cute outfits for the daytime and mama was holding a basket that had some pacifiers, bibs, bottles, sippy cups, and some softer silverware for me to eat with. She also had grabbed a few cozy blankets to add to my crib, as well as some fluffy pillowcases for my pillows. I then walked over to the toy isle. I pointed to where the Breyer horse sets were and gave my best puppy dog eyes to my mama and mommy. They told me I could pick two out. I picked out a nice one with a palomino horse in it, and one of a horse trailer that came with 3 smaller horses. They smiled and added the toys to the basket and went to check out everything. After we were done, we went to McDonald's where I got a Happy Meal. Then we went home because mommy said it was time for my nap.
Kacie's POV

I carried my princess up to her crib and set her down for a nap. I gave her one of her new paci's and her blanket that she got when she first came here. After she was all settled and almost asleep, I headed downstairs to watch some TV with Kelly. About an hour after I had put Sofia down, I heard a blood curling scream. I ran up to her nursery where I saw my little angel in tears. I held her close and sat down on the sofa that was in the room. "Shhh...mommy's got you. Your safe." I whispered to her while rubbing her thigh to sooth her. Her sobs eventually reduced to hiccups and I asked her why she was crying. "I-I had a nightmare dat you and mama leaved me." She choked out the words. That broke my heart, to hear my baby girl say that. "Oh sweetie, mama and I would NEVER ever leave you." I whispered to her. She sniffled and whispered, "Mommy, I-I wan' mimi." I was slightly confused. "Honey, mommy doesn't know what mimi is. Could you point to mimi for me?" I asked her. She nodded and pointed right at my breast. I then understood that mimi meant milk. She wanted to breastfeed from me. I slowly nodded. I could do this. If it made my little angle happy, I would do it. I lifted up my shirt and undid my bra. She instantly latched on and started suckling. After latching on, I noticed she visibly relaxed. I stroked her hair and let her drink. After 10 minutes I unlatched her and she whined, wanting more. I chuckled and said she could have some more later. She just pouted, but didn't argue. We went downstairs to see what Kelly was doing. She was lying down on the couch watching a movie. I set Sofia down and she ran right into Kelly's lap. I decided that I could tell Kelly about the experience tonight.
