Confusion

Chapter 9: Confusion

Liam;

"Liam! Look at the duck!" Tracy yelled while looking into her backyard with Louis and Niall.

"It's ugly!" Niall said in disgust. Louis slapped his arm and gave him a death glare.

"He can't help what he looks like you, you leprechaun!" Louis spat. Niall gasped and moved away. Louis' face turned soft and he started chasing Niall screaming, "I was kidding Ni!" I chuckled and walked over to Tracy. There was a momma duck with six ducklings following behind her.

"Niall's kind of right, those are some ugly ducks" Tracy giggled. I couldn't argue. The ducks were a weird green/brown color with orange streaks. I laughed and looked over at Tracy.

She had the same blue-grey eyes as Louis, her red wig was curled all the way down her back. Her long eye lashes made her eyes pop even more. She turned to me and smiled.

"What are you looking at?" She asked while leaning on the back door. I shrugged and shoved my hands into my pockets.

"Just admiring your face" I answered, feeling my cheeks burn up. She smiled and looked back out the window where the sun was setting. The light hit her face perfectly which only made it harder for me to look away.

"Liam! Louis said you would take me to go shopping!" Harry screamed running into the kitchen.

"And how do you suppose I do that?! I don't have a licence!" I snapped as I turned to him. He rolled his eyes and looked at me as if I were stupid.

"I'm driving! He just said someone needs to come with me so I don't get lost and since he's to busy tackling Niall!" He explained. I groaned and looked over to Tracy who was finding this whole conversation hilarious.

"Wanna come?" I asked. She nodded and went to put on her shoes. Harry smirked as he watched me watch her leave.

"So, are you two a 'thing'?" He asked putting air quotes around 'thing'. I shook my head and his smile dropped.

"What? Liam! You saved her life by kissing her but you don't have the guts to ask her out?!" He rambled as he followed me towards the front door.

"I don't know I just, I'm waiting for the right time I guess!" I said as I watched upstairs as Niall ran from Louis, and Zayn chasing after them. Then they disappeared behind a wall and I heard a loud 'Thump'.

"Whoa! Sorry Tracy are you okay?" I heard Niall apologize.

"It's fine, Louis you need to calm down!" She yelled as I saw her trudge down the stairs.

"You okay?" I asked confused.

"Yes I guess just boys being boys" She smirked.

"I WANNA COME!" We heard Zayn yell as we opened the front door.

"Take me with you please!" Niall begged as he hid behind Harry as Louis ran down the stairs.

"Well, might as well all go now!" Louis said, looking around for Niall.

"Louis! I'm sorry I called the the ducks ugly and I forgive you! Please stop chasing me!" Niall cried from behind Harry. Tracy and I laughed as Niall peaked over his shoulder.

"Fine!" Louis mumbled. I rolled my eyes at how immature they were and pushed everyone out the door before closing it.

Tracy;

"I know you want me, you know I want cha, I know you want meee, you know I want cha!" Niall sang, TRYING to seduce me. I placed my hand over his face and pushed him away. This mad Zayn and Harry die of laughter.
