Chapter 7: It's not looking well
Louis;
"Louis, she's gone" I heard my mom whisper in my ear.
"What? No, she can't be gone." I said in disbelief.
"Just deal with the fact that she's gone Lou! Now we don't have to worry about her ruining your chance in becoming famous!" She cheered with a smile on her face.
"What? How could you say that? You're proud your only daughter is gone?" I rushed, I started getting light headed.
"Who cares, now you can live your dream!" The next thing I knew I collapsed.
And then I woke up.
"Liam where is she? Is she okay? What happened? Where am I?!" I said looking around at my surroundings and not seeing Tracy anywhere.
"Lou, calm down! You fell asleep for about an hour. We haven't heard anything." He said in a disappointed tone. I nodded and relaxed back in my seat. I noticed my mum and dad were now here.
"Mr. and Mrs.Tomlinson?" A tall man in a white jacket and clip board asked. My parents stood up.
"Would you please follow me?" He asked. My dad looked at me in a way to say 'come'.
"Uh, is it okay if Liam comes?" I asked.
"No Louis it's fine I-"
"Come" I said. He sighed and stood up and followed us. The doctor led us into a room... That did't have Tracy in it.
"Why are we here? Where's Tracy?!" I stated panicking.
"It's okay she's being treated. I need to talk to you about her conditions." He said taking a seat behind a desk. We sat down in red chairs that faced the desk.
"How's Tracy? How's my baby?" My mom asked, tears forming in her eyes. The doctor looked at her sympathetically.
"It's not looking very well, if I'm being honest."
"What do you mean?" My dad asked sitting up in his seat.
"Well, she was scheduled to have surgery am I correct?" We nodded and he continued. "There is a very slight chance that her body will be able to survive it." We heart stopped. Everything around me disappeared. My Tracy... she won't live through surgery? My thoughts got cut off with the doctors voice sounding again. "And there's a... 50% chance she'll make it through the night. Her body has become weak and can't fight anymore." Mum started sobbing. Dad comforted her but couldn't hide the tears pouring from his eyes. Liam's eyes were getting red, and me? I couldn't see because of the amount of tears in my eyes.
"But there's a chance she will though... right?" I whispered through my tears.
"It's a possibilty, but it's not likely. I'm very sorry. You may go back to the lobby. She'll be ready to see you shortly." He said opening the door for us. I walked out of the room with my head down. When I reached the lobby my knees gave out. I collapsed to the floor and started crying my eyes out. It's not fair. It's not fair that she has to go. She deserves to live her life. Not die. Not now.
I felt a hand on my shoulder but I didn't bother moving.
"Lou, come on you can see Tracy now" Harry's soft voice whispered in my ear. I nodded and wiped my eyes. I got up and slowly walked to see my sister.
"Hi Louis" She smiled weakly as I went to sit by her. "Why are you crying?" She asked, wiping the tears from my eyes.
"They told me" I whispered, not making eye contact. I could see her smile fade. She lifted my chin with her finger so I was looking at her. She had tears in her eyes.
