Chapter 18

Archer's POV

I see Jonah and gasp.
"Zach, bud, you gotta get up. Why don't you go lay down? I'll get you some medicine." I say sweetly, he groans and slowly lifts himself up. He walks up to his room and I go to the kitchen to get a sprite, crackers, and some pepto. I head upstairs to see Zach flopped on his bed. I chuckle at him and head in the room.
"Zach." I say sternly, he slides under the covers, looking like a caterpillar. I hand him the medication and he takes it with a sour face.
"Eat slowly and sip on this." I say handing him the sprite and crackers. "Okay, I'll be back in a bit." I say sweetly, he nods and sinks into his bed. I run down stairs and out the door to see Jonah sitting on the back steps. He is breathing heavily. I walk up to him slowly and calmly.
"Jo?" His chest rises and falls quicker. "Jo?"
"WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" He screams, I am taken aback.
"Jo." I say calmly, he spits angrily. All the boys come running out except Zach. Jonah's breathing quickens, I know he is about to shift. 
"Archer get away from him!" Daniel shouts.
"I'm fine, he won't hurt me. Go inside." I say, Jonah growls.
"Jonah." I warn, struggling to contain my wolf. I want to shift but I can't, I won't. Jonah growls loudly and the boys run inside.
"Jonah!" I yell, he growls. My yelling was making it worse, I can tell. I take a deep breath. "Jonah, baby, deep breathes. I love you so much, but baby and I need you to calm down." I say sweetly, slowly walking to him and he growls but his breathing begins to even.  "Hey, Jo. You know everything is okay, I'm okay, you're okay, and your pack is okay. Sweetheart, take deep breathes. In and out. In and out." I am now face to face with him, I slowly extend my hand and pet him. He looks at me, his glare turning to guilt, he whimpers in defeat. I feel him lean into my hand and he shifts to human, naked. He kisses me.
"God, I love you."
