Royal Bloods (A Kallura FanFiction)

-5 Allura's POV

(A/N: they got an extra ship from the Balmera for the Alteans except for Coran, Allura, and Remelle of course.)

I saw a green and blue planet in the distance and I smiled. "Is that Earth?" I questioned. "Yeah." Pidge replied. "I can't believe after spending so much time in space we're finally going back to Earth!" Lance exclaimed. "Yeah for a few moments there I thought we wouldn't make it." Hunk said. "I can finally see my mom!" Pidge said. "Veronica better give me the biggest hug ever." Lance grinned. "I can't wait to see what your planet is like." I said. "Earth is amazing." Shiro replied. "I might've been there for a short time but I loved it." Krolia added.

"Hey Keith you've been silent this whole time how do you feel?" I asked. "I guess I'm exited." He replied without any emotion. "Keith is everything ok?" I questioned. "Yeah." He responded. Worry filled me at the thought he was hurting. Why do I care this much? He's just my friend, right? It's normal to care this much for a friend, right? If he even considers me as a friend. Does anyone in the team think of me as a friend? I sighed and watched Earth getting closer and closer.

All the noise in the background became almost nonexistent as I became lost in my thoughts and worries. "Princess!" Someone shouted but I was still lost in thought. "Allura get your head in the game!" Keith shouted and I snapped out of my thoughts. I regained control of my Lion as we entered the atmosphere. "Thanks." I said. "Woah woah, wait just a minute. Since when do you call the Princess, Allura?" Lance asked Keith. Not again, don't get into another argument. How is Keith supposed to answer that? "Well he's the leader right so he should be able to call me by my name." I interrupted with a fake reason and no none said anything as we touched down on the ground.

"Look at how amazing the Garrison looks!" Pidge exclaimed. "So much tech!" She squealed. "Should we call you Katie now?" Lance teased. "What no!" She protested. "That's not fair, how come Matt gets to call you that?" Lance huffed. "Matt is my brother." She emphasized. "Why are you so mean to me?" Lance pouted and everyone chuckled. "I mean I don't mind you calling me Katie but after getting used to being called Pidge I would just prefer it to stay that way." Pidge explained. "Ha, Ha I win! I did it! Your welcome everyone!" Lance exclaimed. "You're being way too dramatic." Pidge said. "But that's my thing so you better get used to it." Lance practically shouted. "If I haven't gotten used to it by now I don't think I ever will." Pidge retorted. "Hello guys we kind of need to get out of the Lions." Hunk interrupted. "Right, MY FAMILY!" Lance yelled before running out of Red with Romelle following after.

"Goodness Earth has a lot of energy." I gasped. "What do you mean?" A voice which I recognized as Keith said from behind me as we watched everyone reunite with their loved ones. "This is a very powerful planet I'm surprised the humans don't have special abilities or no one has attacked Earth yet." I replied. "Well compared to all the planets I've seen during my time in space Earth definitely has the most species of animals." Keith said and I nodded. As I watched everyone's reunions I finally realized why Keith didn't want to come back.

"I get it now." I said. "Get what?" He asked. "Why you didn't want to come back." I explained. "There's nothing really for you here, is there?" I said and he shook his head. "And the only family you've ever had is gonna be taken away from you." I finished and he just stood there with wide eyes. "How did you-" he started to ask but I cut him off. "Know? Well I kind of get that. After all I had thought I lost all my people along with my planet."  I said and he just nodded.

"Didn't you say some President people want to meet with us?" I questioned and he choked. "Oh my god I totally forget!" He exclaimed and looked around before his eyes landed on Black and he sighed. "Guess I don't have a choice, come on Pri- Allura we need to go." He said before running inside with Cosmo and I following after him. Keith opened a line to Shiro and told him what we were doing. Black blasted off into the Sky before landing back down again. "This is New York, one of the most famous states of the USA and also where the leaders of the world meet." Keith explained. "Where were we a dobash ago?" I asked. "I think we landed in Louisiana. I would've liked if we landed in Texas though." Keith replied and I nodded. I may or may not have studied a bit about Earth.
