Chapter 5

I jumped as my alarm went off and frantically turned it off, sighing heavily. I stood up and walked to my dresser, changing into tight jeans and a fitted red t-shirt. Then I put my shoes on and brushed my hair. After I brushed my teeth I grabbed my backpack and phone, then went downstairs. Jade handed me an already made cup of tea as I came into the the kitchen and smiled slightly at her.

"Thanks." I said. My voice cracked and sounded worse than yesterday. She nodded and sighed.

"You should get some cough drops." She said, then she went into the living room. I sighed, everything felt awkward and off. I grabbed a couple cough drops from the medicine cabinet in the bathroom, and shoved them in my pocket, Then I finished my tea and washed the cup out, stalling as much as I could. I popped a cough drop in my mouth and took a deep breath then went outside to meet Jade. We started walking quietly, I was trailing behind her slightly. Izzy and Will caught up with us and my entire body started feeling sore from how tense I was.

"I'm sorry for what I said yesterday." Will said quietly, falling into step with me. His voice sounded off, but I couldn't tell why. I looked at him, he was watching his feet, but his eyes were dark. I started to open my mouth and Jade turned around.

"He can't really talk right now, he lost his voice almost completely Will. Just so you know that he's not ignoring you." She said. I nodded looking at Will. He made eye contact with me for a split second and nodded.

"Okay." He said. As we entered the parking lot he walked away to find Ashton and Izzy sighed.

"I didn't tell him to say that by the way, he was beating himself up all night last night." She said. I nodded and bit my lip, I didn't believe that he was sorry. Dominic came over and kissed Izzy, then put his arm over my shoulders.

"Are you doing okay?" He asked. I shrugged and looked at Jade.

"He lost his voice." She said giving me a small smile. Dominic nodded and sighed.

"I'm sorry, I hope it doesn't last all day." He said sympathetically. I nodded and started searching the parking lot. I didn't see Ryder and I frowned, then walked inside and started to class. Will caught up with me started walking with me.

"Can I talk to you for a sec? Obviously you don't have to, but like, will you listen?" He asked. I nodded and followed him into an empty class room. He shut the door behind us and leaned against it, sighing.

"So... You and Ryder huh?" He asked. I nodded, leaning on the teachers desk. He nodded, the shook his head and walked over to me, clearing his throat to cover the sound of the lock clicking. I glanced at the door as he stopped in front of me.

"There's something that's still bothering me, about yesterday. Other than my being a complete and total asshole." He said slowly. I looked down, turning my head slightly. He pushed my hair out of my face and rested his hand on my cheek, I was starting to shake. He leaned in closer and put his other hand on mine, that was resting on the desk, he was practically pressed against me.

"Something you said actually." He said quietly. He used his pointer finger and thumb to lift my chin so I was looking at him, and smiled at me. He leaned in so his mouth was right next to my ear, I couldn't move.

"Did I really never make you happy Cammy?" He whispered lowly in my ear. I shivered and he chuckled, pressing his lips against my neck. My stomach felt sick and my muscles were tense, but I was still frozen. His hand slipped under my shirt and up to my chest. I felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest.

"Nothing I did ever made you happy?" He whispered, biting my ear softly. His other hand found it's way to my crotch and he started to rub.

"Nothing at all Cammy?" He asked softly, his lips crashed onto mine and he bit my lip, hard. I flinched as it broke skin and winced, fear finally setting in. He covered my mouth with his hand and unbuttoned my pants with the other. I started to squirm, trying to get away from him, but he held me firmly in place. I was starting to cry, which made him smile. He licked my cheeks and bit the side of my neck, again breaking skin.
