To catch you up on Nana and Zane working together after working with each other would pretty much be nothing short of a long story with no dialogue.
Every morning Nana would say good morning, out of nothing but pure common courtesy.

Saying that there was no development in there relationship wouldn't be true though.
Over the past three weeks Zane had taken the one line of talking to each other without work for a response of, first an eye roll, silence, and now a half-hearted grunt.
It wasn't much but it was progress still.
Luckily for them they only had to work with each other for two hours now. Nana didn't know why his hours changed, but she didn't care enough to ask.

This whole cycle was enough to suck the emotion out of any one. Day after day, morning to, later morning I guess. They only worked together for two hours. After her shift Nana would try and wash off the stench of artifical sugar and deppressed college students.

After that she would go and do her daily routine that would do her head in. Class. Eat. More class. Homework. Snack. Sleep.

Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

After a two weeks of wash rinse repeat, Nana was taking a a walk down the hall when she saw her, a fiery red head. She was cunning, and ambitious little did she know that this red-head would lead to a terrible fate of many, especially to her- you know what... I'm getting way to ahead of myself... We won't have to worry about her for a- while...

Damn she's tall... Nana thought to herself. She looked at the clock, her shift at the cafe started in only four minuets, and and it was a seven minute walk. So without hesitation Nana took off running down to the stair well. Which of course she had to be on the third floor. She needed the money to get a place for herself at the end of the year.

Stumbling down the stair well as fast as she could with half a flight left, her foot slipped and her whole body swung backwards and her foot bent with her body still falling backwards and she continued to slip forward and she heard a snap.

When her head finale landed on the last concrete step she finale stopped moving. With her head spinning and a strong buzz in her ear she heard a faint clicking in the background. She hazily opened her eyes and she say all red.

"Good lord.." said a soft voice. It was the red-head, "Sweetie can you hear me?" Nana just groaned and opened the red-head face came into focus, she was beautiful first if all, then she noticed how panicked she was, "Um? sweetie you're ankle is bending the wrong way," what she thought then she sat up and looked down at her foot. It was indeed bending the wrong way. Nana's eyes widened to the size of saucers. Pure shock went through her veins and she went ghost white, " Ha- haaa- oh good God," that's when a burning pain shot into her foot like a thousand bullet ants where biting into her foot.

"Don't worry sweetie, I'm calling an ambulance," shit, Nana thought, I can't afford an ambulance, let alone the annual flu shot!

"NO! Please don't, I can't afford it!" Nana pleaded.

"Sweetie don't worry I know people, I can get the ambulance to get it knocked down a bit," What? Okay that makes no sense, at all. Seriously, a couple hundred dollar drive to get to a hospital that was twenty minuets away.

"No I can drive, I hurt my left foot, you drive with your right."

"No I insist!"

"Just help me to my car!" Nana shouted. She realized how rude she sounded, "I'm sorry it's just right outside," the red head just pursed her lips and pouted, "fine, as long as it is right outside,"

The red-head grabbed her torso and put Nana's left arm over her shoulder and they hobbled outside. "Now which car is yours?" the red-head asked.

"The silver one," she pointed to the car at the front.
