Chapter 33 : Why Can't You?

"Well something did happen." Namjoon states,

All of the guys walked closer to us,

"What happened, hyung?" Jimin asks, obviously worried,

"Well, hyung and I sort of got in a fight along with Y/N." He confessed as they all look at me for confirmation, I nodded.

"Why did you guys fight?" Jungkook continues,

"He caught up with his ex." Namjoon says and I just looked down,

"Lets go back to your house and settle it there. Ok?" Taehyung suggests and we all agree.

We used the car of dad which was 8 seated and left the other smaller car which Yoongi had the keys from so that he can go back to the house by himself.

We drove back home and the guys including my sister and Micah gathered in the living room while my brother, mom and dad were in their room probably asleep or watching tv, but i'm positive that they know that something's wrong.

Namjoon was beside me and on my other side was my sister. Infront of me was Jin and the other guys and Micah surrounded us.

"So first of all, what did he do?" Jin starts to ask me,

"Hyung, he-" Namjoon tried to say but Jin cut him off,

"I didn't ask you, I asked Y/N" Namjoon just sighed,

"So, we were both sitting down side by side when a girl suddenly called Yoongi and Yoongi surprisingly responded. They both talked about the past and future and they both sang a love song which Yoongi made for her before and they both remember the exact lyrics and I think they almost forgot I was actually there with them listening. But I think Yoongi was aware, he was a bit uncomfortable as well when she was talking... I think." I mumble the last two words,

"What was her name?" Hoseok asks,

"Shin Jiyoo I think." I answer,

"Oh the kind noona! I remember her, the one who always gave us fruits every recess-" Jungkook lets out with a positive voice as Jimin hits the back of his head,

"That's why!I feel so pathetic!" I confess, feeling my heart shatter,

"Yah! Why did you say that!" Jimin who was beside Jungkook scolded whispering and elbowed him,

"What do you mean?" My sister asks,

"Because she is so...perfect... they looked so compatible together that im starting to think that im just a barrier between them, stopping them from being together. That's why I feel so defeated" I admit while a tear dropped, the atmosphere is so gloomy.

And its all because of me.

"Why dont you take a rest first?" Jimin asks me with a smile, I just nodded.

"Jungkook, why dont you help her to her room?"Jin asks,

"Ok, hyung. Noona?" He says and I nod,

He lead the way and I followed him quietly.

He opens the door and went in after he lets me in first.

I sit on the bed while he sits on the nearby chair.

"Noona, Do you need a hug? Or someone to listen to your feelings?" He asks trying to lift up my mood,

"Yes please." I croak as he sat beside me,

I hug him while I cried as he pats my back.

"I just don't feel like im who he deserves. Now that I found a girl that's so perfect for him. I don't believe in myself anymore. I don't think im good enough for him." I say while crying the whole time,

"Noona, i'm not sure of what to say but i know it will all find a way in the end. Just keep enduring it. I will always be here for you, We will all be here for you, no matter what" He comforts me with a sweet voice,

"Thank you, Jungkook." I say while hugging him,

"Its ok, noona" I hear him say,

We heard the door open and made eye contact with Yoongi just staring at us with disbelief in his eyes,

"Hyung! You're back!" Jungkook beams, but not a usual positive beam, more like a normal beam that has no joy in it.

"Yes, I just came back after thinking I should say sorry to my girlfriend but I saw her hugging another guy instead." He says coldly.

He was about to go out the room but I seriously want to talk to him.

"Stop." I say firmly,

He stops before going out the door midway,

"Can you stop misunderstanding me and listen?" I ask, my voice the most desperate I ever was.

"Sorry, I need time." He says and went out the door,

I criedso much after the door closed.

Jungkook just kept patting my back and kept saying it'll be okay.

"Noona, its already 9 pm, I think you should sleep already. Please stop crying, its not good for you." Jungkook says worriedly while I was still balling my eyes out while he still pats my back,

"I-I'll try." I sob, trying my best to stop myself.

"Can you call Micah and my sister for me?" I ask him,

"Ok, I will. Noona, make sure you sleep well." He says worriedly while I nod my head and smile at him, he nods as I do as well.

After a few minutes after he went out, My sister and Micah came. They both sat beside me and waited for answers why Yoongi stormed out of the room a while ago

"Do you think we should break up first?"
