The love between you and Mac was still very new and exciting when he told you who he really worked for. Just like Bozer you after some time started working at the Phoenix as well and soon started going on missions along with the team. Surprising to Mac you were not only smart but also able to handle a gun and throw punches, so he was more than happy to spend more time with you on the field. With the team constantly around you the two of you realized that time for only the two of you was becoming rare and unknown to you, Mac had planned something. "Gosh, i can't wait to be in bed.", you sighed leaning against Mac in the Jet on your way back to Los Angeles. "Believe me, me neither...", he mumbled with a yawn following his words. Your eyes closed as he placed an arm around your shoulders pulling you slightly close. He placed a soft kiss on your hair and you smiled. "You two are adorable.", Bozer grinned snapping a photo and Mac just smiled. Usually he would have complained, but lately he enjoyed having pictures of you two together taken. The debriefing went surprisingly fast and sooner than expected you were on your way to Mac's flat. Before entering he stopped you though and smiled at you. "I have a surprise.", he whispered and gently kissed your lips before holding your eyes close and leading you to the terrace. "Okay, open your eyes darling.", he smiled and you basically could hear how excited he was. Once your eyes were open you saw fairylights all over the place and an incredibly comfortable looking bed with a million pillows in the middle. Smiling widely you turned to him and leaned up to kiss him. "That's amazing Mac! Are we gonna spend the night here?", you asked and he nodded. "I had planned to do so, just you and me and the stars.", he mumbled wrapping you in his arms and leading you over to the bed laying you down gently. Immediately you felt more relaxed and a sigh left your lips. Once his shoes were off he removed yours and laid beside you pulling the blanket over your bodies. His arm was wrapped around you tightly and he smiled at you. "You know, I missed this Y/N, I missed you.", he admitted making you nod. "I did too Mac, as much as I love the team, I love you more.", you giggled and he beamed happily. "Good Choice.", your boyfriend shrugged causing you to roll your eyes. "Indeed. Wouldn't change it for the world.", you mumbled and felt him place kisses on your forehead and on your nose. The nose kisses never failed to make you smile like a teenage girl and he especially loved that about them. Besides getting to kiss you of course. "I love you Y/N.", Mac mumbled against your skin and pulled you even closer than you were before. Cuddling up to him you smiled and kissed the skin on his neck where you could reach from your laying position. "I love you Mac.", you whispered back. "I also have a surprise for you... I though... maybe you want to move in?", he asked hopeful making you sit up beside him. "Are you serious?", you questioned and once he nodded you smiled. "I'd love that baby.", you told him before kissing him again. "Good, then we can get your things tomorrow if you want? But first... we have to sleep.", he spoke interrupted from a yawn. "You're so cute when you're tired.", you chuckled and kissed his lips again gently. "Dream well Mac." "I can't dream well, reality is way better than any dream I could have.", your boyfriend replied and kissed your hair again before pulling you in his arms and falling asleep with you shortly after.
