For The First Time

Two ambulances, a helicopter, and an army of police cars and trucks arrive at the scene. Harry’s hands are covered in blood, as he cradles Jennifer crying.

“Sir we’ve got it from here.” *taking Jen into the ambulance.”

A police officer brings Harry over to the other ambulance.

“Sir are you okay? You look like you’ve seen a ghost.”

“I...hit...her..” *he managed to get out

“What?”

“She found letters from Beau Casper Smart he was threatening to hurt her again, she ran out left a note for me. I drove out to find her and then all of the sudden I found myself on this road her car is a few miles back. Then two figures showed up in my headlights and that’s when I saw…” *he broke down again.*

“Alright Sir what’s your name? We can assure you that Beau is…”

“HARRY?!”

It was sheriff Tarner.

“What the hell happened.”

“The other police officer explained.”

“We have got to get him to the helicopter now!!.”

They drive Harry as fast as they could go, to the helicopter, Jen was just being put in.

“Let this man go with you his name is Harry, it’s boyfriend.”

“Roger that. Put these on Harry and we are on our way.”

    On the news back at home. Jennifer Lopez has just been reported to have been in a car accident with Beau Casper Smart as she is being flown to the hospital now. Beau on the other hand is going to be locked up for good the officer’s say. We pray that Jennifer will be okay.

“LEAH WE GOTTA GO!” Leah was already in the car a crying mess when Angelo yelled.

“LUPE! I’M COMING TO GRAB THE KIDS AND YOU.” *Marc was yelling over the phone*

“okay…” *that’s all she could say.*

At the hospital Harry is outside the waiting room, he was able to clean up his hands, his clothes on the other hand are covered in blood. Leah and Angelo arrive first. Leah is a mess she looks at Harry runs over to him not caring about his shirt.

“Harry, why..why…” *rubbing her back* “I don’t know.”

Macr, Lupe and the Kids are now there.

“Uncle Harry!.” *they run up to Harry and hug his leg.”

“Man what happened?”

“Harry, where’s Jennifer?”

“Everybody relax, Marc I think the kids should go home. After they’re gone I’ll explain everything.”

    The coconuts are now gone and Harry explained everything that happened.

“I didn’t see them Beau ran into the middle of the street from the side of the road and it was pitch black before I knew it, it was him and Jen!”

Everybody was speechless.

“Baby, there’s nothing you can do but pray she’s okay what are they doing to her right now?”

“Surgery Leah, another god damn surgery.” *he walks over and punches the wall* “God I am such a horrible person, I ran over my own goddamn girlfriend!”

Lupe walks over comforting him. “Harry you are the best thing that could have ever happened to Jennifer, don’t ever think you are anything less, I know how much you love her, this whole thing wasn’t your fault.”
