Day 8:Meeting Mr Blue (pt2)

"Fuck" I say quietly as I gasp. The man I have before me, is one of the most handsome men I have ever seen! And his voice? Damn...

"What?" John asks and I wake up from my thoughts

"Nothing..." I say and open my notebook

"So-" John starts whispering,but I cut him off

"Shh" I say and start keeping notes from the board...

11:15: "alright...that's it for today,we're gonna continue tomorrow...have a nice day!" Mr Blue says and leaves the classroom like the wind and I stare at the door from which he left

"Alexa?" Emma says but I don't listen

"Alexa? What's wrong??" She continues, putting her hand on my shoulder and shaking me a little

"What???" I flinch and look at her

"Are u ok?" Stella asks concerned

"Uhm...yeah...I just-I just need to go to the bathroom!" I get up gathering my stuff and then I leave the room heading for the bathroom. Stella, Emma and Kate run behind me...

"Alexa wait!" Kate yells

"What??? I need to pee, god dammit!"

"No, u don't!"Stella says

"Yes, I do! Do u want to come with me?? " I reply sarcastically

"No,but we'll wait here until u're finished! "Stella says while crossing her arms

"Ugh! Fine!" I say as I go into the bathroom

John's P.O.V

"Hey girls! Where's Alexa?" I ask Alexa's friends that are standing outside the bathroom

"In the bathroom...why?" Emma asks

"It's nothing...I just asked her to be my gf and after that she didn't spoke to me again!" I reply confused scratching the back of my head

"Wow wow! Slow down, man!" Kate says

"U did what???" She continues

"I asked her to be my gf... "

"U should probably leave then...she obviously needs time to think!" Stella says

"Too late..." Emma mentions,when she sees Alexa getting out of the bathroom...

Alexa's P.O.V

"Alexa!!" I hear John calling my name as I get out of the bathroom

"Crap!" I say as I roll my eyes and then I see him coming closely

"Alexa please...talk to me! I know it was sudden but I think it was the right time..." John says apologetically

"John, it's complicated...I just met u, I don't know u that well...and neither do u!"

"Yeah, but I wanna know u better! Please give me a chance!" he says looking at me with puppy eyes

"PFF fine! " I finally give in

"So...do u want to go for dinner tonight?" He asks

"Ok...but not something fancy! " I warn him

"No no! Do u like tacos??"

"Damn straight I do!"

"Great! I'll pick u up at 20.00,ok? "

"Ok! Do u remember where I live???" (He had given me a ride one day)

"Yep!"

"Ok then...allow me to go to my friends now!"

"Yeah yeah sure! I'll see u in class!"he says and goes back to his friends, as I go to mine

"Wtf Alexa?!?" Stella asks

"What??" I ask back

"What the hell just happened???" Kate continues

"he begged me for a chance,so I gave it to him..."

"So are u...a couple now?" Emma asks

"I don't know, I guess we'll figure it out tonight..."

"Where are u going tonight?" Emma asks again

"For tacos. He'll pick me up at 8..."

"OK then! Lets go to class now! we're late!" Stella says and starts walking

"Wait wait! "Kate stops her

"What?" Stella asks confused turning back

"What about Mr Blue?" Kate asks looking at me

"What about him?" I ask

"Any thoughts???" Kate asks me again

"Oh come on! We're late for class!" I say trying to change the subject

"Alexa!" Kate insists

"Ugh, fine! I was mechanically taking notes, I didn't really listen to him...he is so gorgeous, I wanted to cry! Happy?"I reply kinda irritated

"I wasn't expecting that..."Kate says looking surprised

"He isn't that handsome..."Emma says

"He is to her...even though I can totally see what she means!"Stella says winking at me

"I'm glad, but now I really wanna go to the auditorium...shall we?"I ask them and we all go to our next class...

Long story short, Alexa, fell madly in love with Mr. Blue. She couldn't concentrate fully at his course and it was very hard for her not to stare at him. On the other hand, they always had...arguments during the lecture, but u could tell he really liked that "word game"of theirs. The semester passed and, unfortunately ,in the next one they didn't have him as a professor. She never saw him again during the 2nd semester, since he was teaching in another university in Seattle. The 3rd semester came, and Alexa made sure to be in every single one of the lectures he gave, even though she had passed the class. Again, they didn't have him as a lecturer in this semester and Alexa was sure they weren't gonna have him again.

So every year, she was attending his lectures. He clearly had noticed her and had asked her many times why she was in his class and the answer was always the same: "I have some time to kill and your lectures are getting more and more fun every year! I hope I'm not botheringu..." and his answer was remaining the same too: "No, not at all! It feels nice to have a familiar face around...thank you for your support!". During the lectures, they would talk while the others were taking notes. He seemed so eager to talk to her...he didn't even had a reason,sometimes! He was just telling her things and she would always tell him her opinion. Kate was always sitting quietly next to her. Mr. Blue was acting like she didn't exist. But she existed! Observing everything and giving feedback on Alexa...

Sadly, the unilife came to an end. The girls got their diplomas and their ways parted. They stayed friends, though, talking frequently and meeting every few months, mostly when Kate, who lived in London, paid a visit. Alexa never saw Mr. Blue again and that hurt her like hell, because the signs were pointing to them having bonded over the years. He really looked happier and calmer around her, even for those few hours! But, what can we say? People act strange...

But, things have a way of changing and what seems like a period, becomes a comma...
