Mr. Blue and me-Parallel Universe

Shit...

The next day we went by train to Rome. After taking a long walk around the city, including lunch and shopping, our final stop was at Fontana di Trevi. We took some pictures and then we decided to flip a coin in it, each of us with a different wish, but none of us knew what the other had wished for. When we went back to Venice, it was already late, so we just had dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

The days passed by quickly, with us running around Italy eating and shopping like we're gonna die the next day. On Sunday, we're back to Texas. George is waiting for us to come back, but we're too tired to tell him all about it, so we go to sleep, with the promise to tell him everything in the morning. The next morning, I wake up by the doorbell ringing. I get up carefully not to wake Anthony up and as I'm walking to the door, I tie my robe. I look from the peephole to see who it is, only to find Nancy standing outside my door...

"SHIT!"I curse,as I run to the bedroom

"Anthony wake up!"I say jumping on the bed

"Why? What happened?"He asks shocked

"Nancy is knocking at the door!"I say and he jumps off the bed

"What do I do??" I ask him panicked

"U open of course! And I'll stay here with the door closed...u'll tell her that u have company and she'll leave..."

"Will she?"

"I hope so...just see If there are any belongings of mine in sight! "

"Ok ok, just...stay here and don't even breath!"I say and I run back to the door. I check for Anthony's things and when I'm sure that there's nothing his in the room, I take a deep breath and open the door, playing sleepy

"Alexa, hi! I was about to leave..."She says smiling

"Oh...where u knocking for a long time?"I say as I yawn

"Long enough...may I come in?

"Well...I just woke up and I'm not alone...so..."

"It won't be long..."She says as she walks in and I close the door behind her

"So...want some coffee?"

"Sure!"

"Come in the kitchen..."I say and she follows me to the kitchen

"So...what brings u here? and how did u find the house?"I ask her as I make coffee

"Truth is,I dag to find it...u're the only one that has stayed here and I wanted to find u!"

"Oh, I see...it'd be better if u had just found my number and had given me a call before u come..."

"U're probably right...the next time!"She says as I place the mugs in front of each of us

"So..."I start

"So...I saw suitcases in the living room...where u on a trip?"

"Uhm...yeah I was away for a couple of days!"

"Cool...where?"

"I have a friend in L.A...and I haven't seen her in a while, so I decided to go see her..."

"That's nice..."

"Yeah..."I say as I take a sip from my coffee. There's an awkward silence for a while

"How are u? U know...in general..."She asks

"I'm good...I have my job,my kid,my friends... "

"Your partner..."She adds

"What?"

"I said...u have your partner...u said u weren't alone..."

"Oh, yeah...I have my partner! I'm really good...u?"
