George's P.O.V

After dad died too,I took the courage and went to the sanatorium Nancy was at. Bill was really against it,but I was insisting. The people there told me that she is acting like a normal person, but her psych evaluation keeps proving she is a psychopath. After having the information needed, I get into the room every patient is. When she sees me, she smiles and comes close

"George! How come? Not even my own kids visit me..."

"I'm sure they have their reasons..."

"Oh, don't be like that...but I'm curious: what brings u here?"She says moving to a table and we sit across each other

"I just need an explanation...why would u do that?"

"Oh, honey...your mother humiliated me in my circle! Anthony Blue leaving me? That was a blasphemy..."

"For all I know,he was planning on leaving u before they get together..."

"Yeah but she always was on his mind..."

"So,why didn't u dump him?"

"I did so many things to get him...why leave him after all that?"

"Did u ever love him?"

"Love him? *laughs* no...I just liked the idea of being with him! And it was all fun and games until he got really old..."

"So, u only wanted him because he was...hot, and then u didn't wanna leave him because u did so many things to get him and u thought it was...I don't know...a pity?"

"Well, yeah! I mean...why waste all that?"

"Didn't u feel trapped? In a marriage that u weren't really enjoying?"

"No... u think I was faithful? Hell no! "

"Jeez...how can u live with yourself?"

"Why? I did what made me feel good! I always wanted a family, I love my kids and I did everything I could to make them happy... no one can deny that! Not even Anthony...ask him..."

"He died..."

"What? When?"

"A month ago...he couldn't bare my mother's death..."

"That's too bad..."

"Pretend to care now..."

"Of course I care! I spent 25 years with that guy..."

"Right...but u don't care that u left 2 kids without a mother!"

"Well, u are old enough and the baby won't even remember her..."

"And u think this solves the problem? Are u serious? My mother was my rock!! She sacrificed everything for me! She never asked help from anyone! She was the only person I could trust with closed eyes, and u took her away from me...and because of what??? A grudge? How can u say that so lightly?? Aren't u a mother? Don't u have a heart?"

"Oh come on, don't be so dramatic..."

"Why do I even bother...u're crazy! this has no use...I hope u rot here!"I say getting up heading to the exit

"I knew about u, u know..." I hear her say, making me turn to look at her

"I didn't know u were Anthony's son, at first, but when I saw your face when u were 5, I remembered a photo of Anthony when he was 5...and u were one and the same!"

"And? U want an award for that?"

"No, I'm just telling u that I always knew...I wasn't stupid! But I didn't say anything...I thought she would come ask for money or something and I was waiting for that day, but she never did...I give her that!"

"My mom would never do that, but u never got to know her!"

"My husband knew her pretty well! Oh, and now that I remembered: do u know u could have a sibling now, older than u, but your mother got an abortion?"

"I do, and...?"

"Nothing...I'm just trying to find something shocking u might not know about her..."

"I know everything...EVERYTHING! so quit it...and don't u ever speak of her again!"I say and then I finally leave...
