To Jeongin
I remember when I walked in the day after our date, and you welcomed me with a drink. It was my usual, but it tasted so much better knowing you had made it just for me.
My heart raced as you sat next to me, claiming that it was ok and it was your lunch-break. I had asked whether you'd like to do something more interesting than sitting with me in your workplace.
"Any place you are is exciting enough for me," Was your sweet reply. I remember choking on my coffee and crumbling into a ball. My face was red and my trousers and shirt soaked and burning, I hadn't realised you had got up and came over. You hugged me and apologised repeatedly.
You walked home with me whilst you still had the time. You came into my apartment for the first time, enjoying how comfy everything was. Whilst I was changing out of my wet clothes, I heard you yelp.
Without thinking, I ran out to see what was wrong. Turned out you had just slipped of the sofa whilst you found the comfiest position. It was cute, but I managed to ruin the mood by not having my shirt on. Whilst I ran out to see if you were alright, I had forgotten to throw on a shirt.
Your face turned completely red, the tips of your ears following suit. I ran into my room, slamming the door shut.
Why did I do that to you? I had thought I'd made you extremely uncomfortable. A soft knock to my bedroom door had startled me. You said, in that angelic voice of yours, to not stress about what you saw. You comforted me, and I stepped out to hug you.
The feeling was so right.
