"Bo wait!" I said. I had come up with the best idea. "What." He said calmly. "If I ask maybe you could stay with us until you have found a better solution! You could stay in our guest room!" Of course my dad over hears and says "That sounds like a great idea!" "Really? You would let me stay?" Says Bo. "We would be happy to have you live with us!" Says my dad. I could tell Bo was excited. To be honest I care very much about Bo and I have had a crush on him ever since freshmen year but he probably doesn't like me like that. He has been my best friend for 3 years now. "Man you guys are the best!" Said Bo.
Bo's POV
"Thank you guys so much for letting me stay with you!" I said. The way Maria's eyes lit up when I said that really made me happy. I love seeing Maria happy. Her smile is contagious and so is her laugh. Her bright green eyes and her dirty blonde hair go perfect with her personality. I fell in love with Maria about 1 year into our friendship but I think she only wants to be friends. "Your welcome anytime!" Says maria. I went upstairs to check out the guest room. Maria stayed downstairs with her dad. I was thrilled at the fact that I would get to stay in state. I can't stop thinking about Maria. I need to tell her how I feel. I can't, what if she doesn't like me. I'm going too. "Maria!" I call.
Maria's POV
I hear Bo calling me from upstairs. I run up the stairs to see what he wants. "Maria can I talk to you?" Says Bo. "Yeah sure whats up?" I said. Bo spoke words that I thought he never would. "You know how we have been best friends for three years now?" He says "yeah." I said. "Well I ugh have liked you as more than that for a while now." He says. My heart drops. I couldn't believe that Bo felt the same way. I hugged him as tight as I could. "Wait what does this mean?" He asks. "I like you too Bo in fact I have liked you since day one." I said. I felt like that weirded him out a little bit. "Really? This is great! Will you be my girlfriend?" He asks. "Of course I will Bo!" This is one thing that I hoped would happen.
Bo's POV
Later that day I walked down to my house to pack up my things. I couldn't go alone so Maria came with me. Maria crossed the street to get to my house. When I went to cross I didn't look both ways. When I got to about the middle of the street I heard nothing except crash.
