Chapter thirty Eight: Welcome to New York

Mo's pov

We landed in New York and got off the plane. We got our bags and there was a limo waiting for us. The sign the driver had said ' MB CREW' we laughed at the sight and went to the limo. This is gonna be a great vacation. We arrived at our hotel. We're staying at New York Hilton Midtown. It was beautiful.

Mo: "Wow this is beautiful."

Girls but Mo: "Yeah it is."

August: "I'm gonna check us in."

Everybody but August: "Ok."

He went to check us in and came back with six suits keys. We all went to our rooms and they was big and gorgeous. We showered and went to get something to eat. We went to a restaurant called 'Patsy's Italian Restaurant'. It was beautiful and the food was delicious.

Ray: "We shoulda went to 'Los Taco' I'm just sayin."

Mo: "You always just saying."

Jas: "Hey my baby loves tacos leave him alone."

Prince: "Yo baby is a taco loco."

Ray: "Hey I might not speak Spanish but I know what that mean and I'm not crazy."

Mo: "He said your taco loco. That means your crazy about tacos."

Ray: "Well maybe a lil."

Jas: "Leave my baby alone."

Brit: "I still stand by my words. I wanna hit some clubs while we down here."

Meg: "Hey fine by me."

August: "I just hope we don't run into Ty down here."

Suga: "Why you say that? Ty from New York and knowin her she here becuz I let her go."

Mo: "You shoulda told us that earlier. I coulda stay at home. I ain't got time for no drama brah."

Brit: "Stop using all those double negatives."

Mo: "What!? Girl this ain't English class. I talk how I want."

Meg: "She right tho Mo. You do that when you finna get made about somethin."

Mo: "Fine I'll stop. I want to enjoy this time."

August: "Good now I better knock on wood before we run into that girl for real."

Ray: "You scare to run into Ty?"

August: "I'm not but I just don't want to run into her to see her cry and ask a bunch of questions."

Mo&Prince: "Yeah cuz ain't nobody got time for that."

We looked at each other and started laughin. Right now we are walking around the big apple. We see central park and I want to go.I sound like a lil kid. But you know what I don't give a damn. Lets go to the damn park.

Mo: "I wanna go to the park."

Roc: "Why?"

Suga: "She like the swings and to walk the trails."

Prod: "So shes just a big baby."

Prince: "She my big baby. At least she ain't scared of airplanes."

Prod: "I been scared of planes since 9/11 and I think thats a pretty good reason to be scared of airplanes dammit."

Mo: "Thats a good point cuz when I seen 9/11 I was scared of planes for a while."

Prod: "What made you get over it?"

Suga: "This should be good."

Mo: "I really don't know Prod, but trust me there is nothing to worry about as long as the one you love is right there by your side."

Prod: "Thanks Mo I'll keep that in mind."

Mo: "Good now can we go to the park please."

Meg: "We're this close might as well."

Mo: "Yay! Let's go!"

Prince: "Come on baby."

We walked to the park and I went straight to the swings. Prince pushed me and I started singing. He laugh and got on the swing beside me.

Suga's pov

We walked to the park and Mo and Prince went stright for the swings. While the the rest of us walked the trail. We broke off in couples and August was with me and Roc.

Roc: "I stand by what i said before. She is a big ass baby."

Suga: "Don't be talking about my cousin like that. I will beat yo ass."

Roc: "Nawl baby you know I be beatin the asses in this relationship."

August: "I didn't need to hear that."

Roc: "My bad bro."

We continued to walk and talk. We heard somebody call August and we all turned around. I knew it was bad cuz Mo and Prince came from the swings and stood in front of August like they was his body guards. When August stepped aside I finally seen who it was. You want believe who it was.

??: "August!?"

Mo: "What the hell do you want?"
