I held my hands out in front of me. Five balls of energy swirled around. I mixed them exactly how the book said too. Moving and twisting.

"You've almost got it!" Athena yelled through the roar of the power. I kept focus, letting the fire on my crown burn deep. I could feel pain in my bones but I was determined.

The book had said if I could focus enough energy I could wield the radiant sword which, you guessed it, can only be held by the God of Gods. Although all this stuff is legend and prophesy, it seems everything has been right so far. I could see a sword shape forming. I bent and twisted my fingers, manipulating the energy.

It glowed bright, but I wasn't able to calm the energy down.

"It's starting to get stronger!" Athena floated up next to me and tried to use her energy to control it because it is a weapon. Her energy was sucked into it and it went brighter.

"What is happening?!" I screamed.

Athena flew back down to the book, frantically searching the pages. "I can't contain it much longer!" She kept skimming and skimming.

"ENOUGH!" I screamed into the heavens and all the energy went into my crown with a loud boom of thunder. The flame on my head roared then dimmed as small as a match on fire. Zach. As I was falling from the sky I felt myself fall slower, then stop completely. When I opened my eyes I was in Zach's arms. "Anywhere." He whispered to me.

He set me on my feet but it was hard to keep my balance. Athena ran up to me and fell to her knees. "I'm so sorry, I didn't know that'd happen. Please have mercy."

I motioned for her to stand. "It's fine Athena. You couldn't of known and neither I. It's not like there was a God of Gods before me who could of made a full proof handbook for us to follow." She nodded nervously.

"Do you think you know what happened?" I asked. She skimmed through the book and pointed at the picture of the sword.

"I think that there's a piece missing. One more energy. You were great, I am so proud of how strong you are becoming. But.." I looked at her and back at Zach. "Without this mysterious energy the sword is completely uncontrollable and unstable. It can't manifest." I shrugged and felt the pain finally hit my body.

I fell on all fours and Zach ran to my side. I coughed up blood and looked up at everyone. I was weak. "Are you okay Dion?" Adeline asked. Athena waved her hand over me. Red energy surrounded my body then vanished.

"Trying to manifest the sword took a lot out of him. His flame is dim as well. Maybe you should go rest." Zach picked me up in his arms and I felt sleepy. "I'll take him to his room. See if you can find anything else in the book that hints at this strange energy."

I saw Athena nod before I passed out in his arms.

I felt the oddest sensation on my shoulders. I didn't want to open my eyes, I didn't want it to stop. I felt silk on my chest. When I opened my eyes I noticed I was in my bed. I put my hand on my shoulder and felt another hand. "Oh you're awake. How do you feel?" Zach kept massaging the muscles on my shoulders, hitting a few knots.

"I feel tired, kind of hungry. But you're hands digging into my shoulders is heavenly." He kept pressure on my shoulders. I snapped my fingers removing my clothes. I wanted to feel his hands on my skin.

"A little eager there?" I looked back and noticed instead of removing my shirt I removed all our clothes. I felt a blush creep up on my face. "It's okay, I know your powers are a bit strong."

I took in the feeling of him massaging me. After a while he ran his hands slowly down my back, the heat from them was intoxicating.

He leaned down and laid on me, his body fitting into mine. He wrapped this arms around my chest and kissed my shoulder. "I hope this is okay." I could feel him hardening against my butt. It took everything in me not to moan.

"Yeah, it's nice." He stayed relaxed on me and I wanted to fall asleep again. It was so warm and comfortable and he made me feel so safe. I started to wiggle a little and he stiffened. "Don't do that." He breathed out. "Why?" I asked.

"Because when you move I rub against you and it's tempting. I'm trying to be respectful, well as respectful as I can." I smiled. I kissed his hand after pulling it into mine. I started moving my backside rhythmically, his breath hitching. He hissed into my ear but I didn't stop.

I felt him thrust a little against me but I wanted him to have more. I floated up throwing him on the bed on his back. I gently straddled his hips and sat against him. I could feel him throbbing. I leaned down taking his lips in a kiss, this time more passionate, this time with more need. I started moving, feeling his muscles tense beneath me.

The flame on my crown turned pink. I wanted to feel him with passion, pleasure. I assume this is Aphrodite energy. I could see his eyes fill with ecstasy.

"Do you want release?" I whispered into his ear. He nodded slowly, eyes filled with lust.

I slid down and pulled the blanket over my head covering his waist. In one motion I took all of him in my mouth slowly moving down. I questioned whether or not I'd be able to actually do it.

I also questioned whether or not he was the God of sex. When I moved my mouth up he pulled the blanket up and I made eye contact with him.

He was biting his lip, red faced. "Dion, if you don't stop I'll-" His words were cut off when I began moving up and down more quickly. He arched and gripped the sheets.

I could see energy swirling around his arms and his muscles tensing. In one husky moan he released into my mouth, I swallowed all of him and I watched as his energy faded until he was laying there only breathing steadily.

"I have to go find out if Athena found anything." I mentioned. He quickly pulled me up to him. "But what about you? I want to make you feel good." I smiled.

"I do feel good." He made a face but I noticed exhaustion hit him hard. His eyes were waning. We'd been training all day, it's no wonder after what I just did he'd be relaxed and exhausted.

His hand reached down for me but I pulled it back up. "Another day, I'll stay if you promise me you'll sleep." He smiled at me and kissed me deep.

"How is it that even though everyone is trying to take care of you, you manage to take care of them?" I smiled.

"It's just who I am."

A/N: We're so close to the end of book 1. I feel a bit... unsatisfied? Making these chapters small is kind of weird for me. I've also been super invested in BoS and a secret project that's not out yet.
