Chapter Six : Cowardly Beautiful

"But do you think they won't find out the truth? What if they ask Lord Ken? Wouldn't our lie be expose?" May says while preparing dinner in the table.

"They don't have guts to approach that unfeeling freak." Ivory has confidence in lying because she knows that those woman cannot approach Ken themselves.
"And even they ask him,so what? Do you believe he will answer them? He won't even answer his parents how more those nuisance."

Being fiancée of Ken,she attended some family meetings of his household and saw that he never listen to anyone and doesn't explain himself either.
Because he is very strong and has countless potential that they tolerate him.

"I'm glad that Madam's jewelry is back and we don't have to suffer retaliation from the young misses.Even though he cause alot of pain and trouble for you Miss,I'm still very grateful for Lord Ken."

"Hmm..Well,he is the one who we owe our meal so we really is indebted with him." Ivory didn't speak anymore and ate her food heartily.

On the lowest room hidden to the masses in the Imperial Medicine Tower,a young man walk silently as if his shoes are not touching the cold floor. His handsome and flawless skin seems to glow and he lazily seat down in his comfortable chair.

"We killed the one they sent for locating Master.Do you wish to see them?" A black cloth man suddenly appear in front of the lazy man kneeling and hia head's bowing.

"Hmmm...Do I look like I have time to check a dead body?or are you ordering me to check if you truly killed those insect?" He spoke uninterested but the guy in black shivers.

"Apologize to Master,please punish me for stepping out of bound!" He prostrate infront of him and bang his head on the floor.

"Burn the bodies to ashes but do not forget to take all their belongings.They dare to hunt me down? Then I'll kill them and rob them,no,no. This is not robbing, this is compensation for me."

The black cloth man doesn't dare to speak and only acknowledged his Master's order and just like as he came,he disappeared in thin air.

"Sigh. Even I am lazy,I still have to work myself to the bone? What kind of cruel life is this?" As he spoke to himself,he touches his face and ugly scars appear in his face ruining 60% of the flawless and godly handsome face. His posture also been ruined,the once proud and tall body been bent and a hunchback appeared in his back making him look really hideous. After the transformation,the young man touch his rough skin and smile wickedly making him look like really ugly.

"I wonder what that stupid Brother Emperor of mine wants with me now and wanted to call me so early in the morning. But knowing him it can't never be good." He walk while both his hand at the back but he manage to support his body just fine.

In the Kingdom's courtroom,The Emperor sat in his throne holding his head and rubbing it slightly. On his side seats a quiet but beautiful woman who looks like a Queen of Ice.

"Emperor,you called?" The hideous man is the Emperor's half brother. He grow up in the Castle with the current Emperor but the hideous man and his mother left when they were young for unknown reason. When they were young,that hideous man looks like his been carve perfectly by an artist. Perfect and handsome making their father,the former Emperor favor him greatly.But when he return,not only is he a trash but also look really ugly.So ugly that their father wanted to disowned him on the spot.
But when he heard that this ugly man is a renowned Doctor, he persuade their father to let him stay. He became the Imperial's Head Doctor. But even though he is an Imperial Head Doctor,he can refuse to treat the royal family illness as he please. His status rise and no one even the Emperor can force him to cure him of he got sick.

"Lilian,father,the former Emperor wish to see you before he dies."

The court officials make a fuss and they rose an unfavorable opinion.
They don't like the haughty Head Doctor.
They don't know that he is the second Prince,the younger Brother of the Emperor because the former Emperor really ashamed of his appearance and hide the truth.He even perform memorial for him as if he ia dead.

Lapis,the Emperor sigh.
He massage his temple and look sharply at his side.His Empress is really beautiful and noble but her cold appearance is very unpleasant for him especially he knows that this is because she despise him.
When he became the Emperor he married Susana immediately. Susana is the woman his brother betrothed to and promise to marry that is why he obtain her to mock his brother.
He rape her the night before their marriage. After that,the woman the always smile and look like a very warm beauty became unfeeling.
When he make love with her she only lay on the bed staring on the ceiling void of feeling. After so many years,he fell inlove with her but he can never attain her love. He even refuse a harem and only keeps her as his wife but the woman,not only unmoved,she also mocks him that by doing that no one will ever carry his lineage. Meaning,she refuse to carry his offspring in her body.

The woman shifted her gaze to the hunchbacked man. She herself cannot understand why she always look at him and ignore everyone else. But she too is disgusted by him. But her heart is also at ease with him. It's a complicated feeling.

Seeing the woman he loves stare at his former lover,pain envelop his heart but he endured it.

"Lilian,will you still refuse in treating father?"

What Lapis means is,do you still refuse to cure our father? But ofcourse,no one will think this hideous man is the most handsome man,Leon,the second prince of Sun Kingdom.

"Fine.I will extend hia life again by one year but prepare 100 million gold to compensate me."

Sun Kingdom is rich.
100 million gold,they can afford it but Lilian's been treating their father like this for six years. They might be rich but they are loosing money unreasonably.

"Head Doctor Lilian,can you give us a discount?" The prime Minister politely ask.He is standing below the chair or the Emperor.

"Then...If you pay me 60 million I will cure him for 6 months. 50 million five months."

"You dare say my Father is not worthy!?" The Emperor shouts and everyone except for the Queen and Lilian tremble and kneeled in his presence
