Chapter 14 : Coward and Misunderstanding

It's been 3 days and Ivory is listless. She's been dreaming about the handsome man he met in the forest and the hunchback man courting her in the same time.But even though she knew she felt more toward the hunchback man.She cannot see the handsome man leaving her.
This dream make her sleepless for three days.
But even though she dream about them,she never seen them more than once.So,why does she been this bothered?

"Urgh....Only seen once And I'm already like this? What kind of joke is this? In my past life,how many years has I've been expose to opposite sex and never been moved!! Grrr..."

"Miss!! You would never believe who came!"

"Lilian!" Ivory stand up straight and fix her hair and clothes.

"Um...It's Lord Ken."

After hearing that,Ivory slowly lost her initial enthusiasm.

"Ken?" Ahe dared say his first name since it's only her and May.

"S-sorry Miss..I know you want to see Lord Lilian but it seems your charm didn't moved him."
May says with a slight tine of teasing.

Ivory heard it and squint her eyes and run to tickle the maid.
They dis ut for a couple of minute and then realize that they left Ken long enough.

"Geez! If he suddenly decided to destroy the manor,where will we sleep?" Ivory hurriedly walk toward the manor hall.

"It's because Miss always been side tracked! If we have no where to live,we should beg Head Doctor Lilian to let us serve him."

"Uh! You still want to tease me! I will let you know what I will do to you later." Ivory pout.

"You are late." Ken says unfeelingly. The table in the hall is filled of warm food and the smell makes the two woman salivate.

"Big Brother Ken? Why did you bring so many food?" Ivory swiftly came closer and her eyes trail to the food.

Ken looks at the woman who is paying more attention with the food rather than him.
He smiled.

May flinch on the side..She recalles all the years of serving her Miss but this is the first time the unfeeling man smile at her miss and look at her tenderly.
But the tenderness and smile only lasted for a while.When Ivory look at Ken ,Ken already retracted his gaze.
"Big Brother?"

"I wanted to gift you food.In the party,you never had a chance to eat." He said,he is still cold but his voice has a trace of concern.

"Ah..You did something improper. Forcing me to show my face when I never used a mask before." She said in a teasing tone.

Ken startled.
Ivory never has the courage to tease him before.But she did seduce him alot of times which failed. But niw,even a wholesome teasing makes him agitated and look at her with a brief of emotion.

"You've change." He says.

Ivory smile.

"Big brother is really dense.Do you think I didn't notice? You change more than this little sister of yours." She ignore the spark of interest growing in Ken's eyes and encourage May to eat with them.May is her servant but she never act like a Master toward this honest and loyal girl.
Ken get a chair and sit down.
He look satisfied at the two woman eating.
At first, he can't believe the appetite of the two but finding them funny,he silently ate with them.

"That was super satisfying meal.Big brother is really good to us." Ivory and May insist on seeing Ken off.They are both in the gates and singing him praises. But alk their words are praises from the food.

"Tomorrow dinner will be on me again.You can tell me what you want to eat now." He smile.
The two woman blushes when they see him smiling.
They didn't believe that such miracle can happen.

"Big brother...About what I told you...Sister Violet might find out about you eating with us.Please refrain from coming and going here as to avoid trouble." Ivory whisper.

"I fly from here.No one might realize where I am and who I'm seeing." Ken raise his hand and touch Ivory's head.
He felt good and rub his hand on her head.
Ivory don't believe on what's happening but it's not like he is doing improper so she can't find reason to stop him.
May on the side is bewildered.
Miss,when did you seduced this man? Aren't you already in love? This is clearly love right?

"I'll be going now.Would you two want lobster?"

The two woman forget their uncertainty. "YES! YES PLEASE!" and they both answer with  enthusiasm.
Ken realize that the two woman infront of him is very different to other woman he knows.
"Very well." He left them but his heart felt warm thinking about those two.
He suddenly has an impulse of being a protective father that wanted to provide for his daughters.
He fly away.
He is thinking of where he could find the best lobsters and crabs he could find.

While flying on the air and jumping from tree to tree,he find a man easily flyibg in the air on top of a sword.
They just glance at each other for a couple of seconds but they already doesn't feel good with each other.
Ken halt and stare at the man.

"Wait! Who are you and why are you in our Sun Kingdom?" As a young general,he already knew in instinct alone that the man infront of him is stronger.Also,the one hiding in the shadow reveal himself and even him is enough to silence him.
But not only is he calm,Ken doesn't fear them.

"Master..." Zizi wants to settle the score with this love rival of his Master but Lilian didn't gave him an order to kill.

"I am a resident of this kingdom.I have a token here if young general thought I'm lying." Lilian toss a token,proof that he is a Sun Kingdom resident.

Seeing that he has a Sun Kingdom token,Ken doesn't have any reason to hold him but he really am bothered by him.
But that too is his personal feeling,he will never find trouble for someone just because of his own gut feeling.

"I'm sorry for hindering you.I'm just not aware that someone like yourself is residing in our humble kingdom." Ken toss the token back to Lilian.

Lilian smirk.
"Not everyone is as reasonable and as perceptive as you.If you become a green rank someday,I will take you as a disciple." After saying that, Lilian leave.
Zizi followed him after concealing his presence.
Ken clenched his robe.He doesn't know why he has an impulse to train and cultivate.
He doesn't want to lose.
This deep hatred in lossing makes him very incomfortable.

In his way,Lilian laugh merrily.
He never thought he will be able to meet Ken in his way but who kniws his luck is good.
Showing off to a brat makes him very jovial.

"Master...I think he went to visit the Lady....no...Miss...She's our Miss." Zizi says as he look at the man flying ahead of him.

The jovial face of Lilian froze.His eyes become cold and he glare at the direction where they came from.

"That brat is making move at my woman?" Lilian didn't hide her disdain.

"Good.Very Good." Lilian says afterward and fly toward the Eldan Manor.
