my hands shook as i laid next to calum. i was worried. why the hell couldn't they see me. i was alive right?

calum woke up and said, "lauren what's wrong babe?"

"why can't they see me cal!?" she sighed deeply.!

"lauren." he whispered his hand wrapping around her small torso, "your dead."

no she couldn't be dead. lauren thought to herself.

she could feel her heart pounding and her feet shaking. her head aching and her eyes watering.

"what the fuck calum hood!?"

she flipped him off before running outside and crying. she didn't know what to think or do. she es just confused and angry.

why hadn't calum told her before?

everything could've been better.

calum ran outside chasing her, and finally catching up to her. he wrapped his arms around her stomach and locked her in, so she couldn't run.

"lauren calm down." he whispered in her ear.

her heartbeat got slower yet faster. she was scared of what she was. a ghost? a human? she was mostly scared of calum.

he was, sure, adorable but what was he?

why was he dead?
