Chapter 4

Second time in a row that I've woken up in the same bed as toby. "Hey spence?" Aww he called me spence! "Yes toby?" I responded. "How long are your parents going to be gone" he asked in a very sleepy voice. His eyes were practically closed. "two weeks".

"Good" he said smirking. I laughed. "So what do you want to do today?"

"Surprise me" i said. He thought for a minuet before responding 'ok'. I jumped out of bed and got a blue t shirt with stripes and skinny jeans. Then I went to the bathroom to change because Toby can't keep his eyes closed.

Right away, after I got dressed, I noticed that toby wasn't in my room anymore. I curiously walked downstairs only to find Toby waiting by the door. "Ready?" he asked putting one hand on the door knob. I nodded and we walked to his truck.

There was a moment of silence, not the bad kind that most people get, it was the kind where you are around someone your comfortable with. "Alright were finally here" toby said breaking the silence. All it really looked like was a forest. But I didn't say anything because it would be rude, and I can't screw up our first 'date'

I got out of Toby's Truck the same time toby did, and I followed him down a hidden path, blocked by trees and bushes. "Oh my god" I whispered moving my hand to my mouth. It was beautiful. There was a gorgeous lake right past all the basic trees and bushes.

"I use to come here when something bad would happen at home, it was kinda like my getaway" he said and it was obvious that he had many memories about it. "Things must be hard with with Jenna then?" I pretty much knew the answer to that tho. "Yeah, they think she's like a perfect queen and I'm the slave" he said staring out at the lake.

I didn't really say anything, to be honest I don't really know what to say. I don't want to ruin the moment. "Melissa is the same way with my parents" I finally said. He looked at me with soft eyes. i stared back and we of course kissed. He deepened the kiss and when we finally parted for breath, I layed on the grass and so did he.

"This was one of the best parts" I was confused. "Kissing girls" "No no, looking at the clouds, but it's even better with you here" he said in deep thought. "So um is this like a date? because I'm cool with that. I don't really need a overly fancy date" I said finally.

TOBY'S P.O.V

spencer is cute. Especially when she asks questions that she's nervous to ask. "Yes this is our first date I guess!" we both laughed. "So my parents are gonna be gone for two weeks, what do you want to do?" she asked laying her head on my chest. "Well I think we might be thinking different things" I smirked and she blushed.

"I was thinking ice cream" she giggled "sounds good to me!" Then I got up, grabbed my girlfriends hand and ran to my truck, laughing the whole way there.

After ice cream, spencer and I went back to her house and right as we were about to sit down, there was a knock on the door. Spencer got up to answer it, it was a guy. "Hello spencer" a British accent said on the other side of the door. I couldn't see the guy but I already Have bad thoughts about him. There was a moment of silence so I walked over to the other side of the door.

I couldn't believe. They were kissing. This man kissing my girlfriend. I clearer my throat. "Excuse, what are you doing with my girlfriend?" I asked furiously. He and spencer jumped and stared at me. Spencer looked guilty but the guy just smirked.

"Bye spence, I'll be over when this guy leaves your house" and he was gone. she just frowned. "Is he bothering you?" I asked concerned. "Umm well his name is wren and he kinda has a thing for me. And he's my sisters fiancé so just please don't say anything!" She begged. I nodded and pulled her into a hug.
