the meeting

Zoe's Pov*

The next day, I invited Anna to come and spend the day with me at the plaza.

At the moment we were getting ready. She asks

"So what are we doing?"

"We're going to the plaza to get supplies and plan this out."

She nods and continues to do her makeup.

*At the plaza*

We walk around a bit and decide to go to get ice cream. There's a bunch of paparazzi and I thought at first they were for me since I got famous from Joel and I was a model but when I looked inside, I saw them. Génesis and Joel.

I run around the corner dragging Ashley with me. I put on my hat with sunglasses putting my hair over my shoulders.

Ashley does the same and we walk back to the parlor.

I look at Joel and he looks the same, his eyes were just as deep and puppy dog as I remembered.

His cheeks still curved into dimples when he talked or smiled. Everything about him was the same, perfect. The only imperfection was I wasn't there with him. To love and hold him like I used to.

My face goes into sorrow the moment he kisses her. One they pull away his eyes curve as his dimples surface. I walk in and walk right past them. Him not noticing me be 2 inches away from him jealous as hell, makes me angry.

They finish eating and Joel leaves, I send Ashley to follow Joel. Génesis goes on her phone and I sit in the booth with her.

"Hey"

She looks up startled.

"Hi.."

"Sorry if I scared you.." I reach out my hand

"Zoe"

"Génesis"

She takes my hand and shakes it.

I smile at her sweetly and she returns the gesture.

"Anyways do you want to hang out?"

She hesitates for a second

"Sure... Only till 4 because I have a date with my boyfriend."

I nod my head. We get out of the ice cream parlor and start walking to a store nearby. She told me to keep my hood up because of paparazzi.

After a few hours, she asked me if I wanted to have dinner with her and her boyfriend. I told her I would and just had to get ready.

We drove to my house and I got a velvet, rose gold dress on. She already had clothes in the car so she got changed into that.

We drove to the restaurant and she walks in first. When I walk I see how cheery he looks with her. His dimples go deeper and deeper as he's smiling.

He gives her a kiss on the cheek and pushes in her chair like the gentleman he was. I put my shoulders back and start walking to the table.

Once he turns to meet my eyes his face drops. He starts shaking his head in disbelief. He blinks a few times. I wink at him

"Hi, Joel!"

As he swallows hard, my smirk becomes bigger and bigger...
