But this day is important to Shawn, Shelby, Jace, and I. Because we are finally graduating high school.
This is a huge milestone in our teenage lives. This day symbols our first step into our almost adult life.
I'm so nervous.
Our school is weird, I say that because you know how most schools tell you who is the valedictorian or the saluditorian, yeah, our school doesn't do that.
Also, I'm scared that I'm gonna find a way to embarrass myself.
You might not know what can happen, I could walk across the field and right before I grab my diploma, my shoe gets caught in the damp ground, causing my heel to sink, and I fall right in front of the principal and the whole school. Then I casually get up and then my whole heel breaks off my shoe. Now I'm walking around with one shoe with a heel on it looking like Bambi trying to walk after he comes out of his mother's........
You know what, I'm just overreacting. Let me calm down.
Anyway, Shelby and I were in my room getting our shit together. The seniors didn't have to go to school today. All four of us decided not to go. This is when Shelby and I decided to go shopping to find what we were gonna wear under our blue robes.
SR: Come on Clary, I'm ready to go look for our dresses. CC: Okay let's go.
Shelby grabbed my hand and pulled me down the steps quickly and quietly closed the front door behind us.
She was in a quiet rush because the boys were still asleep in the living room and if they would have seen us they would have wanted to go. We want to surprise them with the outfits that we will choose.

Shelby and I finally made it to the mall and into our favorite dress store, Dress Me Up👗.
