My Perspective on How Bartolomeu Dias's Expedition has Affected the World
I think if Bartolomeu hadn't successfully reached the tip of Africa then it could have taken many more years to find a trade route to Asia and could have changed the economic status of today.
I believe Bartolomeu Dias's successful journey to the Cape of Good Hope gave other sailors 'Good Hope' to find the route to India, it raised their morale.
I determine If it was not for his discovery then Portugal may not have had control over India for so long (Mostly Goa).
I believe from his courage to explore new lands he inspired more scientists to come up with new sailing techniques and technology that could help future.
