It was your last day in Derry. You and your family were moving to Tennessee, to get away from all the fuss happening in the small town in Maine.
Not only was it your last day, it was your last day to spend with the greatest friends you'd ever have. And the love of your life, Bill Denbrough.
Everyone just sat in the tall grass, looking at the lake, and talking. Just living life normally for once. IT is gone, Henry won't be bothering them anymore.
"Promise you all will call every day?" I ask each Loser. They all start tearing up as I mentioned I would be moving the next morning. Each said the word 'promise', except Bill, who seemed quiet.
My boyfriend was looking down, sighing, his eyes red and puffy. I take his hand in mine and give it a reassuring squeeze. He has tears running down his cheeks. "I just can't believe you'll be gone." He trembles with a shaky breath.
Next thing I know his arms are around me. The rest of the Losers stand and wrap themselves around my body. I felt tears stain my rosy cheeks as I felt everyone else shaking from crying.
Each person pulls away, and each person says their goodbyes, until it's just Bill and I, sitting alone in the grassy fields, holding each other, cherishing each other.
"Promise I won't lose you?" He stutters. I look over at him, and his gorgeous eyes shine against the sunlight. His brown hair drapes over his face, and his face, how I wanted to kiss those soft, pink lips.
"Promise." I reassure him, taking both his hands in mine and pressing a soft, quick peck to his lips. "You won't ever lose me, Bill." I place my arms over his shoulders and pull him in close to me. We just stay in that position for a while. Holding on to each other, never wanting to let go.-time skip to next morning-
My mother loaded the last bag into the truck. I sigh as she closes the door. She rushes inside to get everything else ready, as I just sit on the sidewalk, thinking to myself.
I hear the familiar ding of the bike, Silver, and I jump to my feet. "Thought I would catch you before you went off." Bill hops off and rushes over to me. I smile, pulling him in for a passionate kiss.
"This is a surprise, Bill." I smile, while cupping his face in my hands. He smiles and I kiss his forehead. "I'm going to miss you so much."
"You won't forget this, will you?" Bill asks me, staring deeply into my eyes. "Please don't forget us, Y/n." I pull him into our last hug.
"I'll never forget, Bill Denbrough." Bill kisses my forehead and I sigh. Lying in his arms for the last few minutes we would have together. "I'll call you every night."
He chuckles. "And maybe I'll answer." I pull away, looking at him, smiling, holding his hand in mine. "I'm going to miss you."
"I'll miss you too." I smile, pecking his lips once more. "I love you, Bill."
"I love you too, Y/n." Bill smiles down at me. The last time I would hear his perfect stutter, the last time I would see his perfect face.
Bill hops onto his bike and pedals away, and my family loads into the car. As we are driving away, we see the Losers, waving their last goodbyes. I smile, tears forming as I wave back.
The moments here I would never forget.
