"Can you stop...... Logan." Patton looked up at me.
I scowled,
"Fine, seems I'm not needed anyway."
I looked at Virgil before I sunk out.
"Why do I deal with this kinda crap...." I thought as I rose back into Thomas' apartment. I gagged a little at the mess, How does it not bother the others? I pondered.
I started to pick up a few pizza boxes off the stove and threw them away. I was able to do this because I was the only one of the sides in the actual world, so I had control of Thomas' body while he was in nostalgia wonderland called Patton's room. Why would they need me there? I apparently not wanted. I thought as my hand clenched into a fist. I loosened my fist and looked at the nail marks, imprinted in my hand. I winced a little and walked back to Thoma's designated area in front if his couch. Each of the sides had rose in there designated spots, including me. "Oh. Your back," I rubbed the imprints softly. Patton smiled and was very excited, "LOGAN!" I smirked. "Uh hm," I hummed with disbelief. 'He doesn't care...' I said to myself. "Finally coming to our senses I see." Virgil looked at me with hand motions, "Hey. What the heck was that?! Disappearing on us?! Don't you dare try that stunt again." I pushed my glasses up the brim on my nose, "Did you honestly think I was fully out of that conversation? I'm not a feeling, I'm a physical representation of something deeply embedded within you. Even if it seems like I'm gone, I will always be there to a degree." I looked at Patton, "Um... Sorry Logan.... I don't know why these things makes us lose sight of you sometimes...." Patton said as he slowly looked at me. 'Maybe he does care, and he's just having a hard time....' I thought.
**Skip a Little ahead**
"A little compromise Patton?" I clapped my hands as I went to look at Patton. "Hm?" Patton blinked.
"As...much as it pains me.... sometimes when the heart wants a change.... You must listen to it..." I looked around awkwardly, ".......Is this appealing?" I quickly pulled up a cat hoodie. "Logan, Is that a cat.... hoodie?!" Patton pointed at the hoodie. "I thought it would be less cumbersome... while still catering to your.... Uh... standers." I tossed the hoodie to Patton as he gasped. "YOU GOT ME A GIFT OOOHHH MMMYYYY GOOOOOODDDDNNEEESSSSS I LOVE ITTTT" Patton squealed. I looked at him while he was hugging it and I smiled a bit. 'He really does care...' I blushed a bit. "There's a pouch to place an actual cat if you so desire." I pointed at the pouch. Patton shook his head, "Oh I can't. I'm allergic." I inhaled deeply, "THEN WHY THE CAT ONESIE?!" Patton shrugged, "I like cats!" Roman Summoned some small dogs, "This is to cute to process...." I looked at the dog then at Patton, who was freaking out. Virgil and Roman were now gone, I looked at Patton, who was loving a dog, while Thomas was talking. I blushed a little, smiling a bit. I sunk out, happy and butterflies in my stomach. As soon as I returned to the mind palace, I walked to my room and shut my door, sitting on my black, office chair. I grabbed a blue metal pen and started tapping it on my desk, pondering. 'What is this feeling so sudden.... and new?' I thought as I slid open a drawer in my desk, pulling out my notebook, opening it. My journal was Where I wrote all of the feelings that I researched and felt from online. I flipped it open and looked at all the symptoms. 'Anxiety, no..... happiness.... no..... love....' I looked down the page and read all of the symptoms on Love. 'It is.... but who for?' I closed the book, and put it back in my drawer.————————————————————————
