Part 8 - You dork

Noah p.o.v.

I kissed her. I really did it and she kissed me back. The kiss was just so simple, but yet so passionate. I felt butterflies in my stomach. She said goodbye and I watched her walk down the terminal to board the plane. I took my bag and went to buy some snack so I could munch them on the plane ride back.

"Priority boarding for flight number FJ546327 to LAX is now open."

I was on the plane in less than 5 minutes, which was surprisingly fast, I just found my seat and sat down when my phone buzzed. I've got a message from Taylor.

Tay: "You kissed her didn't you?"

Me: "What? No,.. How do you know?"

Tay: "Cuz it was written all over her face bro. We're taking off now, call me when u land."

I guess she liked the kiss as much as I did. I smiled to myself just replaying that scene in my mind all over again. I started to watch Friends, just so my time would pass by faster.

After landing in L.A., I rushed straight to the meeting that I had scheduled at Netflix office. I meet with my cast of "To All The Boys I've Loved Before" discussing our promotion days. The movie is coming out in two weeks and I couldn't be more excited and happy.

I felt my phone buzz in my pocket. I was so excited to talk to Sophie again. She said she was going to text me before going to sleep and now it was already like midnight in Florida. I took my phone out peeking at it under the table. I've got a text but it wasn't from Sophie.

Tay: "So bro, did u land yet? I need details. 😍😗 ... Anyway, I just received a phone call from that office we talked about the other day, I'm flying over to L.A in four days. I have a meeting on Friday since I'm in the close circle, they will let me know their decision in the next three following days."

Me: "Omg sis, that's amazing! If I won't be home jet, just ring Jack okay, he will bring you the keys, or dad, he just got back in town. Now I need to go, I'm at the meeting for TATBILB, you and Brandon are coming to the premiere right?"

Tay: "Yeah, we will be there, we wouldn't miss it for anything in the world. Stay good, x."

Lana looked at me mouthing "You need to tell me everything about that girl in Prague."

"I will."

Good 2 hours of planning passed and we were finally finished. I was hungry and so was Lana and Israel. After a quick phone call with my dad in a cab, we arrived to the nearby diner. Jack and Lana's boyfriend tagged along. I poured my soul out to them, I told them everything, how Sophie bumped into me, how we got drunk, to our little trip and finally the kiss.

"Awww that is soooooo cute." Lana said smiling.

"Our little fella, Noah is in loveeee." Jack said hugging me.

"I know man, I don't even try to deny it nor hide it. I never felt this way before about anyone. She got my head spinning."

"Well, we can see that you are happy all the time but now you are just extra." Israel said while taking another bite of his sandwich. I've got myself chicken burger with bacon and avocado. Yummy.

I came back to my apartment at around 1 in the morning. She didn't text me or call me. So there could be two things, she is avoiding me as nothing happened or something happened to her. After a long shower, I finally got myself to bed. I couldn't go to sleep without even texting her. She really got me.
