Tin rushed home while his mind was still a racing mess.
After the very awkward encounter earlier, Tin had quickly got up and walked away. He didn't think much about the fact that Can had accidentally tripped them both over but more about the fact that why did his heart think it was a good idea to run a marathon after it happened.
He didn't even want to think about it further and shook it off, he was also very glad that the next day wasn't a school day.
Tin was almost by the gates of his house but stopped when he noticed someone waiting there, their back turned towards him.
He cleared his throat to get the person's attention and when they turned around he wish he never did that.
All the blood ran from his face as he stared at the one person he thought he'd never see again.
"Cherry. What the hell are you doing here?"
Ah yes the one and only Cherry from high school.
Even though Tin even hated the thought of a relationship and had no interest to be with someone, that didn't mean he was inexperienced in that field.
This is where Cherry comes in, she is basically the sole reason why Tin thinks about relationships like that. She managed to break his beliefs of a perfect relationship including his heart with a snap of her fingers.
She was a manipulative snake who a few years ago was able to lure him into her trap. At first it started like every other relationship does, she was sweet and caring but soon enough he started noticing suspicious things like how she would always borrow money so she could go shopping with her friends but when he called her friends she was never with them and later would lie about it. She also disliked when he wanted to hold hands with her in public or any signs of pda.
This went on for about a year when one evening they were supposed to go out and watch a movie. Tin had called her multiple times but her phone was turned off. He had enough and decided to show up at her house which was a huge mistake.
He found her there though she wasn't alone, no she was attached to some guy who was busy sticking his tounge in her mouth and sucking the life out of her.
After that day he never wanted to see her again. He felt so used and from that day on made a promise he would never fall for someone again because in the end would be the one left with a broken heart.
"Tin, my god it's so good to see you again. Wow look at you, you're even more handsome than before." She said with a honey sweet voice.
"Tell me why you're here out of all places so i could go inside i'm tired."
"Well i got your address from your mother actually and thought i'd stop by since we'll be seeing each other quite often from now on."
"Uh wait a minute what do you mean by seeing each other often?"
"Oh you haven't heard? I transferred schools, we're in the same faculty now, pretty great don't you think?"
"You what?" Tin simply couldn't believe what he just heard.
"Okay hold on a second why are you doing this? Why in the world are you suddenly barging in my life again as if nothing ever happened?"
"Oh come on Tin sweetie don't be so pissy, we're both adults now so let's leave the past behind. I mean i know what i did was wrong and i'm sorry, i really am but we were both so young and teenagers do some dumb shit sometimes. Let's just forget about it, what do you say huh?" Cherry had moved closer to Tin, her hand stroking his arm.
