Chapter 18

Milyn POV

School was tomorrow and I wanted to go shopping with the girls, before it started. I was actually deciding if dragging Katie along is a good idea. She should come outside more often, I guess it's a good idea.

I texted the girls and then Chris to tell Katie to get ready so I could pick her up. I got dressed then walked downstairs to see Tyler watching Netflix on his couch.

"I'm heading out, I guess i'll just see you when I come back."

He paused his show and turned around to look at me.

"I need to get dress anyways, but I need to talk to you about something when you're done."

I nodded my head and then walked out the door. It's strange to be around Tyler more often, even though we don't really date anymore. We're just trying to build our friendship more, before we move to that step. In all honesty, I think that was the best Idea that he came up with.

I walked over to my car and hopped in. I started the car and made my way to Chris house.

I pulled up to Chris house and got out of the car. I knocked on his door and nobody opened it. I waited and knocked again, and this time it was Chris who opened the door.

"Finally. Hurry up and take her, I can't take her fucking whining and complaining all day !" He yelled, opening the door wider for me to come in.

"Chris ! I can't find my shoes." I heard Katie whine.

"They're probably behind her stupid non-looking ass." Chris mumbled, before going to help her.

About ten minutes later, Katie came and Chris mouthed the words "Thank you" to me, before we headed out.

"So are the girls okay if I came with you guys ?"She asked.

"Yeah, I already told them."

"Not to be rude or anything, but why did you invite me ?"

"Because, I figured you would want to be out of that house and outside more." I said, switching lanes.

"It's going to be awkward as fuck, around Cheyenne." She said, looking out the window.

I just kept quiet, because I did not want to be dragged into their own little soap opera.

We pulled up to the mall and I saw Allysa and Cheyenne standing at the entrance.

"Hey." I said, as Katie and I made our way to them.

They both said hey, and they smiled towards Katie. 

"Okay, I think we got enough shit." I said, as we all walked to our cars with five bags in each hand.

"Yeah, this was fun actually." Allysa said.

"All you did was buy lingerie from Victoria Secret." Cheyenne said.

"Yeah, she's right Allysa. You about to wear lingerie to school or something ?"

"Are you guys jealous because you both are having man problems ? Lj and I do a show every night. Now stay mad, with y'all mad asses." She said, strutting off to her car.

"I think ima' vibe with her more." Katie said.

We all just laughed and said our goodbyes.

I dropped Katie off and headed to Tyler's house. I pulled up in-front of his yard and carried my bags inside the house.

I walked in to see Lj, Vincent and Tyler talking to each other. It was awkward, because I haven't talk to Vincent since that day we kissed and Tyler caught us. But, he was Lj's friend, so I guess I just have to shrug it off my shoulders.
