S I L E N C E ,

It was all Will had noticed from his surroundings. Albeit, no. The school corridor was filled with students passing by with their mouths moving quite loudly.

He was staring again, but he didn't know that.

He had his hand grasping at his opened locker, eyes staring intently at the contents, his vision glazed.

He could feel it. He could feel them staring at him. He could hear them say it. The things they've called him.

"Zombie boy." They would always mutter under their breaths when he passed by.

He tried not to care, though. The names almost got to him but gladly his friends were always there.

He knew that soon enough he will miss being called 'zombie boy.' No matter how ridiculous it was, he knew it was true.

Will wasn't experiencing any episodes anymore, though he was still anxious of it's return.

A sudden hand came in contact with the metal lockers, making a loud bang in the process, causing Will to jump in shock, jolting his head towards the impact.

"Woah, you okay?" A soft voice spoke. Worry laced in the person's voice.

Will turned and found his friend, Mike Wheeler, looking at him sympathetically.

"Oh—uh. . yeah." He stuttered at first, then slowly finding his voice as he gained confidence from the lack of students in the vicinity.

"You look like you've seen a ghost. You know you can talk to me, right?" Mike Wheeler, such an empathetic human.
