Alexis's POV
"Wait so that was the infamous Kian Lawley?" I asked sounding stupid as we entered the apartment.
"Mhm," she said nodding her head. I heard my phone vibrate.
'I hope this isn't weird that I'm texting you this early haha what was wrong with your friend? -Kian'
Oh no. I can't tell him that Caroline and him online dated for awhile. I can't even talk to him probably. Oh lord. I'm gonna have to lie to him. And Caroline...
'Yeah its fine lol... Uh she just wasn't feeling well haha she's fine now -Alexis'
"Who ya texting?" Caroline asked.
"Uhh..." What was I thinking? Caroline will see right through me! "Kian..."
"You don't wanna get involved with him Lex," she sighed "Career first for him and his friends. He tried balancing it for me but he couldn't. The only person he really could do it is for his ex girlfriend Andrea and it lasted a year."
"Well maybe I don't want a relationship with him anyway," I sassed "Maybe I want a friendship."
"That's what they all say," Lex sighed before looking back at her phone. My phone buzzed again.
'Didnt seem like it the way she snapped at JC haha but ok -Kian' At least he kinda believed me.
'Yeah we'll she gets kinda grumpy when she doesn't feel well lol it's funny sometimes. Btw you can call me Lex or Lexi doesn't matter aha -Alexis'
'Ok Lex lol I g2g the guys have their girlfriends over ill definitely talk to you later bye -Kian'
'Lol k bye -Lex' The boys have girlfriends? I thought they couldn't balance their career with a girlfriend. I'm so confused. Maybe they can and Kian couldnt?'
I went to my newly furnished room and laid on the bed. I haven't gotten any sleep since I got here and I really need it. So I closed my eyes and drifted off into a dreamless sleep.
Kian's POV
Alexis, uh I mean Lex, has been on my mind since the moment I laid eyes on her. I know it's kinda clingy to text a girl as soon as you get home, but she's different. She seems so fun to hang out with. Her friend is gonna take getting used to. She seemed a bit bitchy towards me, well the guys as well. Lex said it was just her being sick, but it didn't seem like her. She looked familiar too, like I've seen her before. I don't know maybe I'm crazy.
Melanie, Chloe, and Olivia all showed up in one car, Tatyana and Trevor a couple minutes behind them and Sam 5 minutes after them. I would invite Lex over but I feel like she'd feel awkward and her friend would freak out at us for another unknown reason. I shrugged it off and started scrolling through twitter.
"Hey guys lets watch a movie!" JC shouted. Olivia laughed and slapped his arm playfully to shush him. Jolivia moments omg. I continued scrolling through my twitter.
"What movie?" Tatyana asked.
"The Conjuring?" Connor suggested. They all nodded except me "Kian!"
"What?" I said looking up.
"Do you wanna watch 'The Conjuring'?" Melanie asked.
"Uh I don't know," I said rubbing the back of my neck.
"Come on! Sam doesn't have anyone to cuddle with but he still said yes!" Ricky laughed.
"That's not why..." I looked at my phone again.
"Aww does Kian have a little crush on Alexis?"
"She wants to be called Lex or Lexi. And I don't know maybe," I said not looking up.
"Invite her over man! Maybe her crazy friend will come over and can cuddle with Sam," JC said nudging me.
"Ok I will whatever," I said shrugging and pulling out my text.
'Hey if you wanna come over and watch the movie with us, you can bring your friend. I have a friend I can set her up with ;) -Kian"
She quickly replied back saying 'Lol yeah that sounds fun! Idk if my friend would wanna go but I'll force her woops haha send me the address ill be over in 5'
I sent her the address and told the boys "She's coming over."
