I was back at home now. Sitting on my on a stool in my kitchen, eating a packet of Oreo's, because Oreo's are the best thing to grace this awful place I live called earth, don't try to fight me on that.I had left Steph and Jackson about half an hour ago so they could pack. And I came back and packed as well.
Well, by packed I mean I walked up to my closet, took a hand full of clothes from hangers, and dumped them in my suitcase. I then did the same with shoes. And makeup. And hair stuff. And any toiletries.
By the time I was done my case wouldn't zip up. I ended up having to get Ezra and Jess to sit on it, It did a little to help close it, but it wasn't enough. So I sat on it with them and my mum helped me zip it up.
I wasn't actually sure when we were leaving for wherever we where going. I never asked, but probably should have because it could be in two weeks and I'd just gotten Jackson and Steph to pack up half of their belongings.
My thoughts where interrupted by the sound of feet padding down the carpet at the stairs. And my mum walked through the door to the kitchen and gave me a look. Obviously wondering why on Earth I was eating oreo's when supper would be soon.
"What are you doing?" She asked in a slow, suspicious voice. She raised an eyebrow at me but smiled.
My mum didn't like us eating snacks in-between meals. She claimed that just eating breakfast, lunch and supper was the best for your health. And that snacks should be saved for days out, or movie and lazy days.
But on a normal day, like today, I wasn't meant to be eating anything, because I "wouldn't eat my tea!" *Insert rolling my eyes emoji*
I might look like my mum. But I must have my dad's appetite. Although I've never met him, I know I must have because my mum hardly eats anything. Whereas I could eat two packs of Oreos and still be able to have my supper and dessert.
Don't judge me. I like food. Get used to it.
My mum had long, light brown hair and bright green eyes. She worked in medicine, that's what she told everyone she met. I'd end up having to dumb that down. She's a doctor In out local hospital.
My step dad, Ezra and Jess's dad, had dark brown, nearly black, hair and brown eyes. Ezra looks like my step dad, and Jess looks more like mum, except for the eyes."Nothing . ." I Said. And raised an eyebrow back at her. "When do we leave for . . Wherever we're going? Do we have to catch a flight?."
She chuckled lightly and shook her head. "We leave early tomorrow morning. We're going to Yorkshire darling. Well, a bit off from there. But around that area." She said, smiling at me.
I was shocked. We where going to stay, in the country I live in, and drive a few hours, to Yorkshire, For the whole of summer.
That's not a holiday! It would still be cold! And I would have to deal without sun, without the cute foreign boys. My life is a mess.
I nodded slowly. I suppose Yorkshire wasn't that bad though, I could cope and I'm sure me and Jackson and Steph could find something fun to do.
"Okay . ."
She nodded, then reached her hand out and quickly snatched the packet of Oreos from my grasp.
"You won't eat your tea." She said, turning around and putting them in the cupboard with all the other biscuits.
I rolled my eyes and snorted "you know that's not true."
"Your right. You eat like there's no tomorrow" she said.
"Hey! I'm not that bad"
"You keep telling yourself that"
"Are you calling me fat?!"
"What no! Your in perfectly fine shape. Just maybe, y'know, stop eating so much."
"You know what, I'm off. I'm not sitting here and taking this kind of abuse!"
My mum chuckled and I walked out the kitchen. Me and my mum where always like this, but they where playful squabbles. Nothing actually serious.
Ezra and Jess ran up to me when I left the kitchen. They had been playing and wanted me to play cars with them.
Both Ezra and Jess enjoyed playing cars, but they also played house, and Lego. Those where their favourites.
"Come play Ana! Come on!" Jess said jumping up and down and shoving a car into my hands.
"Okay, Okay." I sighed sitting down on the hard living room floor and started playing with the car. They had a race track set down, so I just pushed my car along it.
"Where's daddy?" Rara asked.
"Oh, he must still be at work Rara."
"But he will come back?"
"Yes of course. Why wouldn't he?"
"Your daddy's not here." Jess said "and sandy from school said that her and her brothers dad left."
"Jackson and Steph's dad and mum left." Ezra said, looking at the floor.
"Yes, But mum and your dad won't leave. Ever. And really, your daddy is like my dad. I've never known mine." I told them. And they looked up at me.
"Okay."
"Okay."
"Guys! Supper time!" Mum yelled from the kitchen and we all scurried into the dining room.
I wonder how they know that there dad isn't my dad. I always make sure to call him dad when they're in the room.
Oh, well. Just focus on the holiday.
In Yorkshire. In Britain.
In the cold. And rain.
Yeah, some holiday.

A/NSo this is the next chapter. The next chapter will probably be better, cause I'm sick, but I decided to put out another chapter because I wanted to give Added_Cheese another metaphorical heart attack.
The next chapter we should be seeing some new sights. Meeting new people and maybe a few other things.
Anyway, hope you enjoyed this chapter. I'm going to go read a book about 1D/harry styles/any member of 1D, cause y'know, it's me.
But stay tuned for another chapter soon and I'll see you guys later.
