Jake's P O V

        I grunt as the alarm clock goes off, I mentally scream make it stop, make it stop!!!!    I try to put my head under my pillow to bury the irritating noise but it doesn't help. With my head still buried underneath my pillow I stretch my left hand and hit the evil thing off, it makes one last annoying sound before it becomes quiet.I mentally smile Got you now sucker!! Hehe I really don't care if it's spoilt, mum will get it replaced,she always does. No matter how many times I break or destroy my alarm clock I always wake up to a new one,it's almost as if she's obsessed with the damn thing.

I try to go back to sleep again but I can't. Damn that stupid alarm clock,always cuts my sleep short even on a weekend. I grumble like a child as I force myself out of bed to stretch out

This past week has been really hectic,it's been  classes, more games, practice,and not to forget my relationship crisis. Our situation has gone from bad to worse.Bella won't even look at me not to talk of speaking to me, she avoids me in school like am some plague.

   She had also started deleting our pictures together on her social media accounts just before she blocked me.People are already suspicious that something may be wrong and without any confirmation from either of us it still stands as a rumor. I hear their whispers when am walking down the stairs and their looks of pity and some disgust.The crazy part in all of these drama is that am yet to find out what I did to her. I still do not have a fucking clue!

    I walk to the bathroom to release my bladder before going back to bed. I pick up my phone and do the facial unlock, it's still9:15am
I go through my notifications, nothing special just some new notifications of likes, follow ups and new dms on my Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, whatsapp and Tiktok there's also a missed call. I tap on it and see that I have 10 missed calls from Tyler, that's strange. The only time Tyler calls me like crazy is when he's  drunk. Tyler doesn't drink much because he's the kinda guy that doesn't know how to handle his alcohol. There are also 4 new voicemails,i tap on call to listen to the voicemails and I almost drop my phone in shock, Tyler's voice is loud, way too loud. He is definitely drunk. I tap on it again this time I don't place my phone on my ear, his voice is loud enough that I can hear what he's saying just by holding my phone on my hand

       Answer your phone Jake!! It's urgent

Jake stop ignoring my calls, call me as soon as you get this message. You know this was gonna happen sooner or later

       The fuck man stop ignoring me I know what you did. You can't escape it, you and I are gonna have a long talk

   Okay that's it!!!! Get your ass to my house ASAP don't make me come get you myself man, I mean it!!!!!

    I can't make out any sense in his messages, he is definitely drunk. I really don't think I can handle a hangover from my best friend but what do I do, friends forever. I take a quick shower before heading downstairs.Brittany is having her breakfast while going through her phone while dad is helping mum in the kitchen

" Sleep well Prince Charming!! It's 9:30am!! " Brittany says making ugly faces at me while sticking out her tongue. I glare at her, God! She's so annoying!!
