It is Wednesday my dudes. UUUUUUUGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAHHHHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really did not want this day to come. Yes Barcelona sounds amazing, but not when you're grounded for a week. I'm going to be in Barcelona for three weeks which means that I will have no freedom or a third of my vacation.

It's early in the morning and I'm still tired as I try to rush when finishing packing. I only had to add a few items to my suitcase that I needed this morning, such as my hairbrush and toothbrush. It is still very dark outside and it annoys me. I zipped up my suitcase and stood up. I hear a knock on my door and look up. It was my dad and I'm still mad at him. "Hey darling. Are you ready to go?" He asked me. I nodded and lifted up my suitcase by the handle.

"I'll take that love." He told me and I assumed he was going to take it to the cab. I let him go and now was my chance to do this. I opened the underwear drawer of my dresser and took out a white envelope. I open it and take out a hundred dollars. There are ways which I have gotten so much money but I would rather not say how.

I put it in the pocket of my red sweatshirt and I thought that this could be my spending money in Spain. My parents usually don't spoil me, so why not spoil myself. I move into the living room. Freddie is waiting for me as he puts on his coat. We were both silent and I had no interest in actually talking to him.

He grounded me for no reason so why would I have interest in talking to him? I take a seat in the back of the limo and we began to be on our way. It was a very long ride to the airport and that is why we had to wake up so early. I tried to catch up on my sleep schedule and the hours that I missed. About an hour later we arrived to the airport and we got out of the limo.

I grab my suitcase and we begin to make our way to the gate of our private jet. As we were walking Freddie and Jim were holding hands and I was walking behind them. I noticed something and in a way I felt hurt for my dad. The paparazzi and photographers are here. I hate whenever this happens.

Besides the people in my school, people don't know what Freddie Mercury's daughter looks like. Some don't even know that he has a kid. Even worse I hate that my dad and Jim have to go through it. To the point where I don't even think they can cross a street without getting attacked with camera flashes. There are even times when he will come home with bruises on his arms, back, or even face.

All the time I feel as if I don't deserve to walk down a street in peace. Is that what my dad wants though? For me to be normal? I don't think I deserve that at all. My dad softly grabbed my wrist. I looked up into his dark brown eyes which were identical to mine. "Baby go somewhere else for right now. I'll have security get you before we leave. Ok?" I nodded and moved away as he asked me to.

I did not know where to go necessarily. There's a lot of places where I could go in an airport and I'm sort of surprised. What intrigues me out of all places is a bookstore. I thought that maybe I could get something to read during this long flight. I look at all of the book selections and they seem very modern. I was always a quite sophisticated reader ever since I was a young child.

I remembered reading the odyssey when I was eight and I always had a love for literature in general. I scan everything and two books which I found interesting based on the title. Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, and Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier. I picked them both up and skimmed through both books. The print is a bit small and too close together for my liking. But I'm still young so I can manage in some way. I walked over to the counter and set them there.

The cashier who was a young woman and she smiled at me lightly as she scanned my books by the barcode. "19.47." She informed me. I handed her a fifty dollar bill. She raised an eyebrow at me and then placed it into the register. She gave me back the money that I needed returned to me and I placed it in my pocket. I grabbed the books and thanked the woman behind the counter.
